The Team at Living Cool Air Conditioning Solutions have completed all our installations at our investment property and these have been the neatest jobs especially considering we were quoted an over the top cost because of the site being difficult to access and others were either not interested or asked us to provide scaffolding. Thanks to all - especially Josh and Ryan too, who have completed 2 of these jobs, they were fantastic!

I recently had the pleasure of having a ducted system fitted by this company. It was truly one of the best experiences of my life. From initial contact with the company through to completion they're the most professional outfit that I have ever experienced! They were terrific! Every question was answered, every concern was explained and resolved promptly and professionally. The team that installed the system were so considerate and efficient that it was a pleasure to have them around. No raised voices, no bad language, just 100% professionalism and care in their work. For such an invasive installation the cleanliness and attention to detail was outstanding. Care was taken with everything in the house and they cleaned up at every station as they progressed. When they left, it was almost like they hadn’t been there. Except for a super cool house and the warm and fuzzies that only that type of experience can leave you with.I wouldn’t just recommend them to others, I would say you would be hard pressed to find better, anywhere.Sincere thanks to the entire team for a job that exceeded every expectation in every way!

The previous review is by our neighbor and that's how we come by Living Cool, who replaced our old ducted air con system! ❄️Glad we used them, and a very good experience from start to finish by the entire crew; in person and phone. Thank you, cheers! 🍺🍻

We had ducted air con installed in December last year and we couldn't be happier!! The entire process of dealing with Living Cool Air Conditioning was smooth. I had contacted Angie on multiple occasions and she was always happy to assist me. Thanks for your patience Angie! On the day of installation, the boys were very punctual as well as friendly & courteous and were able to answer any questions I had. We are extremely happy with our new air con and would highly recommend Living Cool Air Conditioner on their price, their service and their end product :-)

The team turned up and replaced the ducted Aircon in my whole house. They were so professional and hard-working . I was so impressed I haven’t seen such a great bunch of workers in a long time. They were very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing new AC or revamp their old AC Units.

We were happy with the whole process from the quote to the installation. As this was a big cost to us we wanted to make sure that we were making the right decisions. They were happy to answer any questions we had prior to installation and were not pushy, they let us make the decision in our own time. The installation team were polite and careful in our home. The team had a very long day! However, they made sure everything was done before leaving including making sure we had a good understanding of how to use the system.

Fantastic service from the team at Living Cool. We needed to replace our old, dying split system, and they made the entire process easy. The quote was straightforward with no hidden surprises. On the day, the installers were punctual, professional, and incredibly efficient. They even took the time to walk us through the new unit's controls. Can't recommend the team highly enough for a professional and hassle-free installation. Thank you!

Great company to deal with. Very happy with the quality and efficiency of David, Robyn and the team and lovely to talk and communicate with Angie up front. We originally had our air conditoner supplied and fitted by Living Cool 8 years ago and had them back recently to repair the unit after a power surge. They went to a lot of trouble to repair the unit at a reasonable cost. I was very pleased with the result and would certainly recommend them to others and definitely contact them again myself for any future air conditioning needs.

I couldn't be happier with the service. From start to finish, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. When my old AC unit broke down during a heatwave, they responded quickly to my call and had a technician at my home within hours. The technician, was extremely thorough in diagnosing the problem and explaining my options. He didn't pressure me into any unnecessary upgrades and instead helped me choose the best solution for my home and budget. The installation of my new energy-efficient AC unit was completed promptly and cleanly.
