It used to be a good gym. It has started getting worse and worse currently. The Lift renting out the downstairs to MMA fighters so they moved most of the equipment upstairs. Place is now cramped, on top of that they increased monthly payment from 50£ to 60£ which doesn't make sense ? Charging more for less room, you can't use MMA class without another direct debit, plus they are making money of renting the room out and put prices up for gym lol . Looking for a new gym currently but it's hard to match The Lift quality peace ✌️

I recently did a hyrox Sim here and it was great. The staff were so nice and helpful. Would definitely go back again and would recommend this event for anyone looking to practice a hyrox

Went in with a friend who’s a member and had the best time! Everyone was so polite and friendly. The tunes were all bangers. The equipment was well maintained and clean. Stunning

Nate was an amazing trainer. Helped so much with my form and pushed me out of my comfort zone. Was sore for two days so I know productive things happened. 💪 great spot for a gym! Highly recommend! Nate makes a great cup of espresso too :)

Lift is a special place. If you are already confident and just want access to great equipment then it’s a winner. But more than that, if you want to learn about the gym, build up your confidence and start to live fitness instead of dread it… Lift is the place. The whole team and the environment they have created is unique. I can’t thank them all enough.

I have been a member for over 4 years on and off now.The gym is very well equipped and the staff is friendly and helpful. I also recommend the gym for CrossFitters as there is a rack area with pull-up bars, etc. and a sledge push-pull area.

Nicely equipped gym. Lovely staff and instructors. Never really felt intimidated by my ability of only lifting 15kg when everyone else around you is lifting 100… always super friendly and nice.

Lift gym provides so many positives. Superb equipment, an amazing atmosphere, staff are always at hand to help and the coaches are excellent. Highly recommend 👌
