Great Stay This is a prime spot and we would come back when we stay in Atlanta again. The space of the property is great. If you have family or friends staying with you, everyone can have room to gather and space on their own. The windows let in so much light. Loved it.

We chose the Velvet Vinyl because of the location and number of guests. We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was exactly as described. Location was a short walk away from the Beltline and Krog Street Market. Definitely made it more fun. House was perfect for our family and as described. If we visit Atlanta, this is definitely a place I would consider staying again with my family.

Absolutely wonderful house in a very convenient location. House is clean, and despite being surrounded by other houses, is very quiet. The air conditioning and heat work incredibly well. The upstairs bathtub is HUGE and lovely. The beds are definitely on the firm side, but still ok. Easily walkable to the Beltline and just overall a great house.

One of the best Air bnbs I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at quite a few it honestly felt like a hotel in a home. From the custom towels and wash clothes to the bathroom and kitchen amenities I didn’t want to leave, I wanted to move in! Will def be back if I’m in Atlanta again

I stayed at Norwegian Wood in Cabbagetown. Such a beautiful house, the decor was amazing. It’s also in a great neighborhood. Walkable to many restaurants, shopping, etc. My dog really enjoyed the walks in the park. Minty was great with communication and instructions, I would happily stay here again! Thank you!

Excellent Airbnb that is well stocked with everything you need while away i.e. dishwasher tablets, detergent, towels+++, corkscrew, heater, fan etc. Very responsive during booking, check in and the stay. Would recommend this Airbnb UK: if you're from the UK, you do need a car to get around. It is close to public transport, but I would recommend renting a car to get in and out of Atlanta

Excellent location for Emory University as well for getting a good suburban feel and for walks. We found the place very pretty, comfortable and neat. Felt very easy to communicate with the owner and she was very helpful at all times. We will be visiting Emory for the next 4 years as our child is starting this year and we intend to chose this place for all our trips.

Place was spotless I mean spotless. You'll get a lot of messages from them lol but the area is nice and upcoming. I'll definitely stay there again if they'll have me. Only issue i had was trying to work the split air condition heater. I was clueless. WiFi is great comes with everything you'll need for a nice stay also.

Atlanta residents beware! This is a short term/air bnb type rental agency that presents itself as long term rentals on major rental sites like Zillow, etc. and drives up rental pricing. If you are looking to rent a property to live in multiple years, this is not the place for you.

Nice place and comfortable bed! Very responsive host and clear communication. The only feedback I have is the water in the shower could be hotter and there should be a curtain over the shower window. Other than that, I can't wait to stay again!

That being said, I would try Minty again in the future. I will leave the text of my original review below. SUMMARY Overall, I could not possibly recommend renting a Minty-managed property. While the decor is very good and up to date, our trip was essentially ruined due to a lack of hot water. Never did I think that booking a "luxurious" property for the Peach Bowl / New Year's Eve would be heating water on the stove to take a sponge bath. Minty offered no relocation to any of their 160+ other managed properties for our stay and only initially offered a 10% ($110) refund for our troubles. After pushing back, they offered 20%. Never again. Go anywhere else except Minty. If they are going to tout luxury, they ought to enforce it. Please do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your rental needs. If you absolutely MUST book a Minty property, be sure to go through Airbnb, because their AirCover policy would have relocated us or given us a full refund since the issue was not resolved within 24 hours. THE GOOD We rented the Guacho Glam property. The unit was delightfully appointed, the check-in process was efficient and easy, and the text concierge was commendable. The unit was conveniently located and easily walkable to a few attractions, including a local coffee / crepe shop and the Krog Street Market. The property was quiet and we could not hear any exterior noise inside. Gaucho Glam is located at the end of a long driveway, so the unit was very private and isolated. The beds were opulent and we all slept well. The kitchen was well designed and the furniture was thoughtfully picked and cushy. It all felt exceptionally lavish and rich, holding true to the Minty mantra of "exquisitely designed furnished spaces". THE BAD There was no hot water for 90% of our trip. We arrived Friday evening and realized this the next morning (Saturday) when the four of us started getting ready for the day. Room temperature water may have sufficed for showering, but this was ICE COLD water (our trip was in December). Things break and situations happen, we understand that. We notified Minty and they dispatched a technician that arrived a few hours later. We returned from the football game to the technician scrolling on his phone. Shortly after, he declared it fixed without testing it and left. We reported this back to Minty. Minty re-dispatched the same technician the next day (Sunday). He installed a new hot water heater during the day and left without completing the job, so we had to get ready to go out for our elegant New Year's Eve dinner by taking turns heating water on the stove for sponge baths. We were all less than thrilled. The technician came back and finished the job while we were at dinner (around 8PM). We are extremely grateful that we got to ring in the New Year with hot showers. Stayed at the Violet Fizz property- This is a gorgeously decorated home in a great area with lots to do. If you're seeing shows at The Eastern it's just a short walk away. King size bed was a plus too, very comfortable. I Highly recommend this space.

It was a joy to stay in this gorgeous house to visit Atlanta to see relatives over the holidays. The communal spaces in the house were open and spacious. We also enjoyed the area because the house was right next to parks and restaurants.

The neighborhood is walkable - with great restaruants, boutiques, (the best) nail salon experience I've ever had (ask for Annie!), a small store stocked with delicacies -- all within just a few blocks. The venue management team is TOP NOTCH! The team provided information we needed in a timely manner. Check-in instructions were especially helpful (complete with pictures). On New Year's Eve, just as we were preparing to check out, we had an emergency - a flood in the kitchen (improperly joined drain pipes under the sink came apart). I texted the team, sent pictures. They assured us they would alert maintenance right away and we were able to check out, confident that they could be trusted to take care of the problem immediately. Less

I've stayed at a couple Minty locations now. The latest in Old Fourth Ward. Great place! Located a few minutes from several key areas like Ponce and Piedmont. You can comfortably park a car in the garage and 2 in the carport. There's plenty of lighting and room. I will book with Minty again. Highly recommend.

The apartment was comfortable and spacious. And, the location ideal for walking and exploring. Host was extremely responsive. Was surprised the fridge was not working and not addressed before checkin or disclosed. But, host was great about supplying a mini fridge very quickly. All in all it was an enjoyable visit

Great cozy duplex. Really close to downtown without feeling like downtown. Off street assigned parking was a major plus being this close to the city. House was very comfortable for a family of 4 with a small dog. Host was super responsive when I had questions or inquires. SAFETY CONCERNS I was scheduled to stay at Adina Medina with my family with a check in date on Sunday. Upon arriving to the unit on Sunday afternoon, we found the place was already occupied and the entire place smelled like marijuana. We immediately contacted Minty Living. After taking (a significant amount of) time to make sure we went to the correct property they said they would investigate. It took more than 2 hours for them to respond with what had happened. They told us that the renter for unit B had instead settled into unit A (our unit). This is a problem I said, because that means the access codes would have given them access to both units. So what would have happened if we were already in the unit and they then tried to get into our unit. They later changed the story to say that the people had broken into the unit and that they were pursuing charges. Again a problem, that it was that easy to access the unit and also that no one did a check of the place before we went to check in. Given how long they took to respond on Sunday afternoon with no offering of alternative plans, my family had to book a hotel and are now paying twice the amount for our weeklong stay in Atlanta. Minty still offered no solutions, come Monday no response. I had to reach out to them Monday afternoon and finally they responded and said they had a meeting and decided they would issue a refund (which should not even have been up to debate, the place was uninhabitable!). Minty failed to see the safety concerns or acknowledge the how dangerous the situation could have been. Unfortunately this seems to be a pattern. We stayed with them a previous time at a different location. There was an incident with the tenants in the lower level (we were in the upper level unit) which required police intervention. After the downstair tenants took pictures of me and my young daughter upon our return Minty offered to relocate us to another property. For this change, Minty never offered a discounted stay rate but basically offered us a new placement and charged us. During this first incident I let it go, as I figured it was not Minty's fault they had some problem tenants and we just paid the difference (which was more than the cost of our original location). But now I see this is a pattern, where Minty has very little regard for the safety and well-being of their guests. And when incidents do arise (as they will in this business from time to time), Minty's response is to downplay and continue to charge the guest as much as they can. If you have a family I would not suggest staying at any Minty location. Less

A lovely house with charm and cool design in a tree-lined street. For us, the location was perfect and it's pretty close to downtown. Communication was super quick, even on Saturday night when I belatedly thought about a late check-out.

I can't say enough about this place, the neighborhood, the decor, the little details down to the plates and silverware, everything was amazing. This was literally the best week my life and it's not just because I got engaged!! The beds were comfortable. The shower products were phenomenal. I only wish that the weather would've been cooler so we could've enjoyed the fresh firewood they left us in the back for the fire pit. The kitchen, as a cook, is everything. The furniture was comfortable & the vibe was immaculate. I don't come to Atlanta often but I might have to start just so I can stay in this Minty property again. Maybe we will make it an anniversary trip every year!! Did you know that most hotels in Atlanta charge upwards of $40 a day for parking? We didn't as we looked for accommodations. Minty has put a great deal of thought into making the guest experience enjoyable and relatively stress free. The kitchen was the best equipped of any AirBnb that I have stayed in, though my experiences probably have not been as extensive as others. (Curse you covid!). Brand new appliances. Just about any utensil you could want if you were cooking your own meals. For my purposes the location was perfect. I used to live in the same Atlanta neighborhood, so I was somewhat familiar with the area. The apartment was convenient to places that I used to know and were still there, plus I was able to see how things had changed. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and easy to use. I did have a few minor issues the first day or so, but the Minty team was prompt and responsive. (Some of the problems were because I'm an old geezer of 76 and not that tech savvy.). The place is Beautiful and has a great location. It has a shared driveway which was no problem with the neighbors. The only downside if I had to choose one is that there are no window treatments downstairs so it takes away from the privacy. Otherwise the place is immaculate. Lots of opportunities for cute photos and very cozy. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic stay! I loved the decor, restaurants in the area, close to a nail salon with a great pedicure selection. Also Freedom Park near by. Quiet stay especially for a building. Responsive host and 15 minutes to the airport. The outdoor space was a bonus.

Minty was a great place to stay during my visit to Atlanta. It's smack dab in the middle of everything so I could've walked to nearby restaurants and attractions with a 15 minute walk. Although I had some difficulty getting into the house because the electronic lock sent in a link was not the same, the host opened it and locked it so I could unpack before heading out. I found the lock listed in the link at the back of the house, so it was no problem afterwards. I also recorded a couple of podcast episodes in the living room and the esthetics turned out great! Also, one of the small things what was huge were the bathroom dispensers for shampoo, conditioning, body wash, and hand wash! After a shower I went soundly to sleep in a very comfortable bed and woke up refreshed. I will definitely be returning to Minty during my next stay in Atlanta! Less

Be aware that it's about a mile walk to the Beltline, and if you're walking to Grant Park, you walk across a busy street. Also, the sidewalks in the neighborhood aren't in great condition, but once you're on the main street, it's okay. We discovered Cabbagetown Park which is great for dogs and kids. Check out Muchacho's for some incredible Mexican and The Old Lady Gang for amazing Soul Food. Oh, you could hear the highway, but it didn't bother us.
