I recently worked with Atty David Folkenflik's office to draw up end-of-life documents (Last Will & Testament, POA, Health Care Surrogate, etc.) so that at my passing my children will have an easier time of it by avoiding probate, and, if I have to go into a nursing home, they will have authority to make those arrangements, etc. During the free consult call with Atty Folkenflik, he spent a lot of time asking me questions and discussing in detail what forms would meet my needs. Turns out they have a package of six forms for one price, which was exactly what I had in mind and reasonably priced, too. I've looked at the on-line DIY legal forms and quickly backed away because they were overwhelming. Similar to needing a new roof--DIY or write a check? Definitely write a check. The whole process was very professional, smooth and personalized. The office staff and attorney were quick to respond, and total hands-on time required of me was maybe two hours from start to finish, which included phone calls, emails, proofreading and meeting at the office to sign the originals. This is a task I've been putting off for years and you might be doing the same. I encourage you to call their office and they will handle everything. Great experience with Dave and Cat and office staff from the video consultation, phone calls, emails, and straight through to an in-person meeting to sign the documents, and then subsequent arrival of the documents in the mail. This team is thorough, meticulous, friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I respect people who can utilize the techie functions available to us that make our lives easier and more convenient. Pleasant office location and amenities.Their communication is absolutely **outstanding**! I never had to wait for an answer on anything. Very fast to respond to my concerns and questions. 6 stars for David, Cat and his staff. He helped us out with my parents probate years ago and now with our estate planning. Always friendly and professional. Communication by phone, email, text or pony express second to none. Whatever your preference they will accommodate. Answered all questions and concerns like family. If you ever need estate planning I highly recommend you call their office!

Dave was so incredibly helpful with the handling of my father's estate after he passed away. He walked me through every step of the process and was always available to answer any questions that my brother or I had about anything. He definitely made the process less painful. In addition, he was up front with us about the entire process and how long it could take to complete. He is a great person and I would strongly recommend his services.
