I joined the Rebuilders Group shortly after I filed for divorce. Someone I knew had previously been through the course and could tell I was harboring quite a bit of anger. They suggested to me that I could benefit from the program and that I should look into it. It is a fantastic program! There is individual counseling, group class and support group sessions. There is a book, workbook, videos etc... to go through as well. I did as much work as I could during the 12 week session in order to take advantage of all there was to learn, but more importantly, to move myself along in the healing process so I could be the best I can be in order to live my life to the fullest and happiest as I begin this new wonderful chapter of my life ... after divorce.
