Been going here for a few months now and I love it! There is a pre-planned workout set out every day with classes that go through the entire day. So, no more sitting around at the gym trying to make up a workout, just show up, put in the work and see the results!

Love this CFMC community! Moved to TX this summer and left my gym I LOVED. Wasn’t hopeful to find something similar. Well, I did! My go to Crossfit box! The coaches are very attentive and diligent when showing new exercises or lifts. The comradery is absolutely amazing. For anyone that is interested, come try the community classes on saturday at 11am. You'll be hooked!

I went to the gym (the new place to socialize and text these days) before trying crossfit. I love crossfit. You don't have all of the people playing on their phones. The coaches so far have all been real helpful. It's a good place to go get in shape
