Janelle was absolutely fabulous and SO kind! She explained everything to me step by step and made it so comfortable, like talking to a girlfriend you’ve known for a long time. Eillish is also wonderful! She made is so easy to explain all my concerns without judgement or making me feel silly. She took her time in looking at the photos taken, what she’d suggest and wasn’t push at all! Sarah was lovely and is so educated in her field! I can’t wait for my next experience at New Skin in 2 weeks!
