Premier did an amazing job on our pool deck. Two years ago I had another, lower cost contractor do the job, and the results were terrible. Premier on the other hand was way more professional and organized. Caity did an excellent job explaining their process and answered any questions I had on their quote, while Ben & Cordell with their crew did an amazing high quality job. We couldn’t be happier. Installers came at time given although they were quick, they did not check the quality of their work and had left our walls damaged with epoxy 6 feet up the wall going down the stairs As well with dust that they did not do a good job wiping down from the walls. I had asked them to pay attention to it, and I felt like I was neglected. I got a quote from Constantine flooring who was much cheaper and more affordable with product and time I wish I would’ve went with them instead their quality control person(if there is one) will not come out to check on your concerns And until you actually have to pester them and then we’ll argue for 10 minutes until finally admitting they’re wrong doings this company is very Unprofessional in the management side of things and definitely need to be reworked and Definitely need to be reconsidered as a consumer for the hassle that they will give you I advise you as a customer to write out how you expect the work done and signed by both parties or they will try and get out of whatever they can not to come back I will say they offered to fix it, but then hearing Ben’s lack of experience And knowledge for how to finish a wall I told him to go home and get a refund which they wouldn’t even do that again seriously reconsider when selecting this business

From the very beginning all staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Very professional. They installed the privacy fence in a timely manor, and it is great, in time for the weekend! I needed my privacy more than most people would understand, and they got it done. When installing the fence along the one property line, I got really stressed out and they were able to calm my anxious heart and mind. Thanks again to the entire team! You are all amazing! From the initial contact to set up an on-site estimate to the finished project Premier was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Mirriam answered all our questions and provided us with a detailed estimate. The job was actually completed ahead of schedule. Daniel and his team communicated effectively and arrived on time and went right to work. They paid attention to detail in the process and left the job site cleaner than we expected. They were pleasant and entertained our questions along the way. I would highly recommend Premire to anyone wanting a quality job at a reasonable price. I would definitely use them again.

The installers were skilled, professional and friendly. They did an exceptional job. My slab was solid with no cracks, but lots of pitting from 50+ years of salt damage. They filled them well and the final product was great.

They fixed a huge mess that was created by another company and created a showpiece for us to enjoy for years to come. I would definitely recommend Premier Concrete Coatings for any concrete coating project. I had my garage floor coating installation done in May 2023 and my son had his garage floor coating installation done June 2023. Everyone was very professional from the office staff to the installers. They made a lot of effort and took extra care to protect my property while doing the installation. Both new garage floors look excellent and we could not be happier with the floors or with Premier Concrete Coatings. Unfortunately my experience with this company could not have been worse. They assured me they were experienced in polishing concrete however it was immediately obvious that they were not. After multiple excuses, 7 weeks of delay on my construction due to their erratic attendance and now having to hire another contractor to re-do all of their "work" I now have the floors I wanted.
