And despite my efforts to communicate with the team, I faced language barriers, and there was no survey at the conclusion of the service to give feedback or what to do next. When the company was contacted a couple weeks later to express the concerns and request a refund for the incomplete work or for the team to come back and finish, they responded unprofessionally, combative, and refused to rectify the situation. In fact, it became my fault for not calling sooner.
