This gym is the best! Though "gym" isn't really the right term because it is so much more than my experience with typical gyms. The coaching staff here are amazing! Coach Zeke is my personal trainer and he puts together training that works for me and addresses my specific issues. I was nervous about starting a strength regimen because cancer treatments and recovery had left me weak and I had gained weight as I dispaired of ever getting fit again. My knees are knackered from years of running while carrying around too much weight. Thanks to Coach Zeke and Coach Ashley giving me targeted exercises to build strength in my knees, I am already seeing improvement.I swallowed my intimidation and boy, am I glad I did. What I love most about training here is that anyone can jump in. The coaches will give you modifications to make sure you are challenged and working hard, but aren't being left behind or injuring yourself. I am gaining muscle and losing fat, but most importantly I am seeing real changes in what I can do. My knees are getting stronger. I can go up stairs more easily than I could before. I have more energy.I still have a long way to go but seeing improvements after just two months of training is so rewarding!If you want a team that will keep you accountable, help you achieve your goals, push you further than you thought you could go, and make you stronger, this is the place for you!

Outstanding group of trainers and a top notch facility. Reasonably priced personal training services for each customer. At 57, I feel like I did in my 30s. I feel great, my waist is smaller and my shoulders and arms are bigger. Whether you are 25 or 55, there is a group for you at TE. I’ve never felt awkward or self conscious even when I first started. Welcoming and friendly clientele and the staff goes above and beyond to tailor the workout to your goals.
