I have been on bord with them for over 90 days now and have gotten great results. They constantly check in on myself and make sure im hitting goals. Everyone of the coaching team are awesome very knowledgeable and have always watched them be very attentive to everyone needs.

This is a fantastic facility to help with working out and rehabilitation. My son got hurt over a year ago, at a baseball practice. They were able to help him with his recovery, which included their cryo-therapy services. I highly recommend Training Evolved.

I loved my experience! I joined the 6 week program.In 6 weeks I dropped body fat and I gained almost 5lbs of muscle 💪... In 6 Weeks!They push you to be your best. You have fitness tests to see how much you improve! It's definitely worth the money! They are also very welcoming 😍

Aweosme training facility! They have the best personal trainers in the Orange Park area. Love the energy of the classes & especially the mama/ baby group training where I could workout postpartum & bring my baby with me. I knew he was safe in a clean, fun environment playing with other babies while I got to workout & build community with other mamas! Highly recommend they accommodate all ages and fitness levels!!!

Super facility with expert trainers. This is more than a gym, it is a personal training studio. The trainers clearly care about the complete well being of their clients and they actually workout with the small groups when they are not leading the group. Additionally, they educate their clients on nutrition, fitness and complete well being. I am more than pleased to be a client/member of Training Evolved.

I came to Training Evolved because I needed to get healthy. I was almost 68 years old when I walked through the door: 100 pounds overweight, limited mobility, zero stamina. I was already on a medically supervised diet but I could see that wasn’t going to be enough to reach my goals of mobility, balance and stamina. Diet alone wasn’t going to be enough.I was offered I a six week challenge to check out the classes and instruction. After six weeks even I could see my progress!I workout with the great group of supportive peers in the Legends class 3 mornings a week. I’ve been at it for 9 months and so far I’ve lost 50 pounds of fat and have maintained the muscle mass I need to haul this body around. I’m stronger, steadier on my feet and overall more healthy than I have been in decades. And I mean decades.The team at Training Evolved cares about me, my health and my continued success. They meet me where I am every morning that I show up and are ready to assist with needed exercise modifications and always positive encouragement along the way.For me, the hardest part of this journey was showing up the first time. Give the folks at Training Evolved the opportunity to meet you and help you put to together a plan of action get healthy. I've been going to this gym for a few months now, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The equipment is modern, well-maintained The facility is clean, spacious, and well-ventilated, which makes a huge difference. Great environment What really stands out is the staff. Everyone is friendly, professional, and always willing to help or offer advice. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, and the group classes are both fun and challenging.Overall, this gym has everything I need to stay motivated and consistent.
