Cindi is an excellent therapist that I've been seeing for years for various issues. I’ve been going to WV PT for years. I first needed to prepare for bilateral knee surgery. Willem helped me do that. After surgery, others helped me get used to my new knees. Fast forward to this year, when a pinched nerve in my neck was causing persistent pins and needles in my arm. That’s when Patrick took over to help me overcome this with exercises to practice at home, and, more importantly, ways to see what I could do differently to lessen these debilitating feelings. He continues to work with me when my back is so lame I cannot do simple chores around the house. WV PT is a welcoming, comforting place. Everyone knows you, everyone is friendly, everyone “knows your name.” The atmosphere is open and accepting. You can see patients working on steps or walking on a treadmill to regain strength in their arms and legs, or using this strange equipment that helps them with their balance or throwing huge balls against the walls. Everywhere you look, patients are being helped to get better. The entire area is open. Music plays. Employees joke with each other - and include the patients in their banter. Many great stories are exchanged, all while we recover from surgery or prepare for it, or just learn how to live with our aging bodies. The patients vary greatly in age but not in our desire to get better. Most enjoy going there, most enjoy being there. You can see it and feel it. When a referral to a PT is needed, doctors used to ask or send us to their local PT. Now our doctors know before we ask (or request). The high standards of the owner, Willem, is well known. He and his staff are held in high esteem by their patients. We feel better at WV PT. Most importantly, we GET better at WV PT. I am thankful that WV PT is the place I was first sent. Now it is the place where I choose to be, where I feel at ease, and where I know I will get rid of the pain and get better. Less

Sean is an outstanding therapist, his knowledge, professionalism, and encouragement has kept me motivated after having two total knee replacements in three months. Josie has also assisted Sean in helping me, she is a great addition to the wonderful staff at WV.

Personally, I had some issues with my right hip as an over use injury from running. After a deep analysis, Karen and her team gave me some great advice as well new strength workouts and stretches to get me back on track.

My experience with WVJ has been excellent. The staff is professional, thorough, kind and gracious. There were times when I just wanted the pain to go away but my PT was realistic and encouraging. These people were amazing, especially Heather my therapist. On my first visit I could barely walk 10 feet. Within 1 week I was pain free and walking normally again. After a few more visits to help strengthen some weak spots I returned to work at full strength. I can't thank them enough.

This is the best Physical Therapy place in the world. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything they are doing for your recovery and give you exercises to do at home to ensure a better outcome. I would highly recommend Cindy for your therapist!

I spent about 2 months with Cindy working on my left shoulder. She always made me feel important and not afraid to push me when I needed it. I left there with my shoulder feeling pretty good. She gave me some home therapy to continue at home which I do 3 times a week. I would and do recommend this group whenever I can.

One of them had broken her hip and the other had broken her ankle, both very seriously. They were treated at this practice and have spoken very highly of the help they both received at Willem Verweij & Associates. Because of their experience, my husband who had had a bad fall on the ice and damaged his rotator cuff and I sought treatment at Willem Verweij & Associates and now are receiving individualized and customized therapy for our different issues with pain and limited mobility. We know we're on the right track since we are getting better with the help we need toward recovery. The care I receive at WV PT is always excellent. They take the time to listen, prescribe and walk me through all the exercises, modify my routine if needed, and continually reevaluate my progress. They have been instrumental in my return to running!

My first PT experience and I was nervous going in. The whole staff has been a calming and welcoming team. They are knowledgeable and explain why they are doing the exercises.

The staff at Willem Verweij & Associates PT were professional, attentive and helpful. Lucas specifically listened to my initial symptoms, reevaluated on a weekly basis and tailored exercises and therapy to me. Dr. King recommended Willem Physical Therapy to me due to back problems. I was fortunate to have Cindy Porter after one meeting with Cindy I started to have a rapid reduction in pain. You could not ask for a better place to go to for treatment. I have gone there for two type of injuries and with their help I was able to get well and learn how to continue to take care of myself. I highly recomnend going there.
