The best box. The coaches work closely with you on each and every work out and tailor it to your ability. No matter your skill level, the coaches make sure you get a safe, but challenging work out. Awesome CrossFit box in a huge warehouse. They have all the equipment you could want, but the coaching staff and community are the best. I felt welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. Coaches are world class competitive CrossFitters themselves, with the banners on the wall to prove it! They will melt you down and rebuild you stronger.
