I’m only in the area sporadically during the summer, but it’s always a pleasure to drop in at CrossFit Shrewsbury. The coaches are consistently welcoming, friendly, and helpful, making every visit a great experience. I also really appreciate the strong sense of community and camaraderie.

I had the privilege of dropping in to CF Shrewsbury 3 times this week, while visiting the area for an event. Everything — the stellar and high energy coaching, the wonderfully warm and welcoming community, and the quality of the programming and workouts, was top notch.10/10 would recommend this gym and am looking forward to dropping in every time I’m in the area 💪🏼

I have had the most fabulous 3 weeks training here, with knowledgeable, supportive coaches and a wonderful community of members.Immediately I was made to feel welcome and had the honour of doing my first Murph here. I would highly recommend this gym if you want challenging, fun and varied workouts within an inclusive, friendly environment.I’ll definitely be back here during my next visit to NJ.

Dropped in while visiting the area and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was welcoming from the moment I walked in, and the coaching was on point with some really useful cues. Will definitely be back next time I’m in town.

CFS is the best for me. Scaling workouts is my only option as an older retired athlete. All the coaches are terrific! Kudos to Step and Kremy for running a first class operation. Lots of nice people make me always feel at home!

This gym has been my second home and my Happy Place for over a decade. I came in with no athletic background at all, and every movement was scaled to what I could do. Great gym with a welcoming, encouraging community. The progress that can be made physically and mentally here has to be experienced to be believed and personally CFS has been instrumental in improving my heart health. Coaching is top notch and there is plenty of well maintained equipment for everyone to use.
