Extremely disappointing experience at Millennium Fitness.A few months ago, a member verbally disrespected me in front of my wife and daughter. When I addressed the situation calmly, two of his friends confronted me as well — all of this happened directly in front of my family and the gym owner.The owner witnessed everything and chose not to intervene or take any responsibility for the situation. There was no apology, no follow-up, and no action to ensure member safety.Following that incident, I made it clear that my relationship with Millennium Fitness was over unless the individual involved was permanently banned. Management chose to keep him because he was a “long-time client.”Now, months later, I continue to receive unauthorized payment attempts for a membership I clearly ended.This experience showed a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect for members. No customer should ever have to experience this type of behavior or treatment in a gym environment.

I almost felt bad for even arguing it looked like a middle-schooler wandered into the wrong gym. Must’ve been a serious case of height syndrome that day. 😂But jokes aside, it was completely unprofessional and unsafe. The owner witnessed everything and did absolutely nothing. No apology, no accountability nothing.After that day, I made it very clear that my relationship with Millennium Fitness was over. I told them directly I wouldn’t return unless that member was banned. Instead, they chose to keep him because he was a “long-time client.”And now, months later, they’re still trying to charge my card for a membership I never agreed to continue. Imagine that no respect, no apology, but still trying to collect payments.A gym should be a place of respect, safety, and community ,not favoritism, ego, and 100-pound backup dancers trying to prove something. Unfortunately, Millennium Fitness failed on all three.

Why is it not open 24 hours every day? If there are days where it is open 24 hours unstaffed, why not extend the same to every day of the week? What differentiates a Friday or a Saturday from a Monday? The only logical reason I could come up with is the general added utilities cost of running the heat/AC 24 hours every day of the week, which could get expensive, although this could be solved by turning climate controls off during those hours. Individuals who work weekends or Fridays at odd hours would be more than happy to trade comfort for being able to stay consistent with their workout schedule. It just seems rather counterintuitive to have a system that allows 24 hours unstaffed access on some days but not others. I just find it strange, gyms like planet fitness have the exact same hours due to the fact that most employees don’t really care to work an overnight shift on their weekends and a portion of the community there is not trustworthy of an open access gym. I would say that most if not all gyms with an open access model depend on the communities’ willingness to abide by gym rules and standards, and if the community treats the facilities and equipment with respect I don’t see why open access should only be extended to certain days. Otherwise gym is awesome love all the equipment love the fact that it is open 24 hours sometimes, if you read this far give them your money it’s worth it.

This Millennium Fitness Gym in Lakeville MaUSA is hands down the best of the best in this area.Many different machines and equipment for easily overall workouts for whatever one is looking for. Very clean environment. Team always keeps up with all the equipment repairs and adding new equipment and yes new workout rooms. We're all like family here and you can ask anyone questions about anything in this gym.Been in several other gyms and this one hands down treats everyone like family.I've now been here a little over a year now and started seeing results in 1 month timeThere's all age groups of the human race here for whatever workout routine and this gym doesn't judge anyoneI'm a lifetime member.

I signed up and only went once, there was no one to speak to at the desk, no one comes in before 10 am to speak to about memberships. I tried calling during the day but no one answers. I didn’t understand how the classes work, I thought it was part of the membership. I never found out where the classes are even held because I never got to speak to anyone. When I actually did work out the one time, it was so hot in there it was unbelievable. I was so uncomfortable I only lasted 10 minutes on the treadmill before I decided to go home. I reviewed the membership angreement and you’re allowed to cancel within 3 days so I emailed them immediately saying I’d like to cancel. Even by email and months later I still have never spoken to anyone, they still haven’t canceled my membership and still bill my bank account. I feel bad leaving a bad review but I feel like it’s the only way they’ll get back to me as I’ve tried every other way of contact.

Started a membership about a week ago, and really liking this gym. Equipment might not be the newest, but it is large and clean and a huge assortment of different equipment. And they are open 24/7 during the week which is great for my work schedule. Even though I have been going late in the evening, it has never been overly busy. A+++

Of all the gyms in the area, this one is my fav! No pressure from the staff re: sales/commitments. It’s clean, everyone is friendly and it’s one of the only gyms where you don’t feel judged. Everyone in there does their own thing. Love that.
