If you are using any other real estate broker/team other than the Mark Moskowitz team you are not using the best possible team to buy or sell your house. They are "on top" of every little thing from home prep to handing you the keys or finishing all details of your sale. He has multiple people on his team such that you never want for a question that never goes unanswered. They are literally never unavailable.
