Bad customer service! James to be exact racial profiled me and did not allow me to apply for financing in office i had to go home and do mine and was told to have it done before 5:pm. I Guess it was probably because i have red hair. By that time no call or no answer i called after 5:pm and did not get a call back! The new week rolled around i called on Monday because no one still had reached out to me. He basically strung me along that whole day through texts and blamed me as to why the financial process took all day he said “I DIDN'T DO MY 2nd APPLICATION FOR A COSIGNER UNTIL 2:07pm” and the owner Phil okay and justified everything James did including texting me after hours being sarcastic telling me he was doing me a favor while I'm walking into a walmart around 8:pm. just last year the owner sold me a suv that put me down within the 4th month of having it. I guess i was only good enough to take the raggedy suv off his hands. Even after i was reached out to, to come purchase a vehicle this is how i was treated. WASTE OF TIME when they could have let me know on the day i was on the lot and could not put my application in, in office that they wanted no business with me. Nothing good comes to people that behave this way. Then had the audacity to tell me try again later. I WOULDN'T DARE DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ANYMORE NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND TO ANYONE. Less
