Sierra helped from the beginning to the end of my dental experience. From scheduling online, with helping me with my insurance, to helping me with my exam and going over my treatment plan. She’s super friendly, down to earth, personable, and very professional.

I would like to say that at Dr Hamamoto office experience was amazing. As I have a high anxiety of going to the dentist, it was very comfortable, the staff was very caring. One individual that stood out was Sierra. Sierra is so friendly and went out of her way to help me with my insurance and appointments that were needed for future visits.

It the first time in years for me , my husband, my mother in law seeing the dentist. We got there after they've remodeled. It's nice , clean and very hygiene. Before you visit this dentist office, take what I am about to tell you to heart. About a week ago I went in for two cavity fills. Afterwards, the pain in my gums was so intense I couldn't eat. To this day I can't eat anything without having to go through extreme pain. Just today I was talking to a couple of people and searching Google as to what may have happened to my tooth, and I found out that I have an infected nerve in my teeth. I came to Hamamoto Dentistry for a fill and walked out with a nerve infection. The hours of the office are so inconvenient that I cannot go into the dentist to fix the infection until next week, so I am very nervous for my health at the moment. Infections are a very serious matter, especially so close to the brain. On a side note, while I was there getting the fill, they gave me a topical and a numbing shot. They completely missed with the shot and I could feel every inch of the needle in my gums. I tried to make noises to let the dentist know I was in pain, and she kept telling me that it's fine, and she was almost done. The dentists here are extremely rough with your teeth and gums and I have come out of the office bleeding on multiple occasions. Unless you have a high pain tolerance, I suggest you don't visit Hamamoto Dentistry. Less

They got me in super quick for an emergency extraction. Incredibly friendly staff and very helpful overall, they presented multiple options for treatment including "if it was my tooth" recommendations, and made sure I understood possible up- and downsides to all options. Dr. Hamamoto is awesome. I have been going to her for sometime now, and do not see us changing this. She is patient, understanding, and kind, Listens to you , and takes a interest in YOU! I love that. Her staff is also always very nice, I have never had any issue with any of her staff . I have been given great treatment , and care from them all. My husband and I both go to her. We like that they are open on Saturdays, due to my husband not being able to take time off from work during the week. Saturdays get booked up fast there, so we book in advance! Dr. Hamamoto and her staff are all very professional and nice. Ricky, in the front office is always able to answer questions and has a great way talking with patients. All the assistants are kind and very skilled. Dr. Hamamoto is great at what she does and has a great practice. My children had a great experience here, along with me and my husband.

The office Manager (thank you Margie) got on the phone right away and was very clear what she expected them to do to make it right and by when. This place is great! The staff was really friendly and informative. I loved the digital x-rays because I just feel like in the past that portion always took a long time and it was super quick this time. The doctors were efficient, professional, and fun! That is a major plus since going to the dentist is not usually fun. I definitely recommend this place 100%
