I called about a hot water heater leaking water. I was told someone would go check it out "this morning". I called around 9am. I was advised no one had showed up at 3pm so I called. The man said "I was just about to call you". He said they were tied up on another leak. I was polite and said I have to know something soon because my tenant is without water. About an hour I got a voice mail from him asking for pictures of the hot water heater. I was confused so I called back and was told he could diagnose my issue from the pictures. I reiterated that I needed someone to go by the property as my tenant was not happy. I was told they wouldn't be able get a new one today anyway. I asked, "What if I don't need a new one? What if it's a valve issue or something else that can be easily fixed?" I was then told, "You said you just wanted someone to look at it. I'm not even sure we can get someone over there today". I lost it. I asked why that wasn't conveyed to me this morning when I was told someone would be there (THIS MORNING). Just terrible customer service and communication. They shouldn't have told me they could get someone over there in the morning if they couldn't. They also should have called me well before 6 hours later if they ran into troubles so I could get someone else there. Needless to say I called another company and they responded (after 5pm). Less

Spoke with the owner and sent pictures of the repair needed and as requested. Followed up with a call and never heard back. Unprofessional. Period.

Small leak took him 5 hours and 7 tries before it was fixed.When I stopped and talked to the owner he said he would check on it. No phone call but a letter shows up giving me a $65 credit . I wouldn’t use them to hook up my garden hose!!!

David's plumbing responded to an emergency plumbing situation very quickly! He came and was able to replace my hot water tank in one quick visit. His cost was lower than many of the other plumbing companies in town. They are doing great business.
