I've been a member of Crossfit Ironspider for almost 6 years and its been great! When I joined I had zero experience with Crossfit. The coaches make you feel welcomed from the start and are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful which made it a positive experience from the very beginning.The community members and coaches are very supportive no matter what your skill level is. I highly recommend Crossfit Ironspider to anyone wanting to be part of a super community🤩.

Steve Dion is simply an amazing personal trainer. He has been customizing workouts for me over the past 3 years that increased my strength, stamina, and flexibility despite limitations caused by spine surgery and diabetic neuropathy. At 65, I’m still in the game thanks to Steve. Highest recommendation.

My fiance and I have dropped into a crossfit gym basically every time we've traveled. I can confidently say crossfit ironspider is perhaps the best gym we've been to. I went when I was visiting my friend 6 months ago and we both went twice this past weekend. The programming is awesome, the coaches superb (especially Dr. Dion who is incredibly knowledgeable of all things exercise science, in fact he teaches exercise science), the community welcoming (my jump rope came undone in the middle of a wod, coach ran to get me a new one but one of the athletes let me share hers during the workout), and the gym is spacious. If we lived in the area we would be members in a heartbeat. Will need to settle with coming every time we're in the area.

I started at B&S for bootcamp last year after a long stretch (think decades) without coached workouts. After a variety of failed attempts to create some structure for myself, I didn't really know what I needed to get back into some sort of fitness routine. I decided to give B&S a try since I can walk there from my home. From the moment I arrived for my first workout, I experienced what everyone describes: inclusive and supportive community, challenging workouts, and great coaching. The vibe is motivating and positive, and the workouts are fun (even/especially when you’re not sure you will make it through them) and varied. Joining B&S has reminded me how good it feels and how motivating it can be to push yourself within the context of community, and they give you the tools to do just that. This place is a true gem.

Cannot speak highly enough of the team at CFIS! The quality of the coaching is second to none, and there is an incredible sense of community. The space itself is also large, with plenty of weights, bars, and ergs to use during WODs. I haven't taken any of the Bootcamp classes (just CrossFit), but I love that there is something for everyone and that scales and modifications are encouraged where appropriate. The people here are great, and if you've ever been intimidated by CrossFit, don't be! CFIS is INCREDIBLE.

I started working out with B&S Fitness in October 2007 to help my conditioning for tennis; I'm an avid player. And I always figured that when I stopped playing tennis, I'd probably give up my B&S workouts, too. But I didn't play tennis during COVID lockdown & still worked out. For various reasons, I haven't played tennis for a couple of months now, but I'm still going to B&S routinely. Why would I NOT go?!?!? Brandi & Steve are almost like family. They create a welcoming atmosphere for all of their clients; there's a genuine sense of community. No joke, I started talking to one of my neighbors not because we saw each other in our parking lot or at the mailbox, but because we saw each other at B&S.

I have consistently attended morning bootcamp with Coach Betsy Caliri for well over a year!! Betsy is a fitness expert!! She has great energy, is inspiring, honest and her workouts rock!! Morning bootcamp at B&S Fitness is always well attended and I can routinely count on a fabulous whole body workout. The owners Steve and Brandi are top notch and have created a wonderful community of dedicated athletes!

This is such a wonderful, welcoming community. I’ve been a member for 8 months and so glad I joined. Crossfit Ironspider is an amazing facility with incredible coaches. Whether you are a beginner or experienced athlete, they will either have a class you can join or customize a workout to help you achieve your goals. The trainers are exceptional, and to them this is not a job, but a lifestyle. If you don't know what I mean, try competing against them in a competition, and you'll quickly find out what I mean by them living the lifestyle! I would highly encourage anybody looking to get into better shape to check out Crossfit Ironspider - you'll be very happy you did!
