The paint doesn’t bead up or repel water like what you see in their advertisements and videos on social media. I was expecting to be “wowed” when the first rain hit. But my truck has more repellant properties than the car they treated and the truck has never been ceramic treated. Overall, I am not very impressed. I took my truck in for the VIP cleaning since I had them put the ceramic coating on my truck. I picked it up today, I'm very particular about my truck being clean. There were some spots that I asked them to clean before I left. The team did what I asked, but my tires white letters were dull and some white chalk was on one of them. I got their service on sale at a whim near the beginning of the year. I can’t tell you all how much it was worth it. I went in expecting just an exterior ceramic coating to be applied but they deep cleaned my entire truck. I can’t praise them enough because I had a lot of extra items I left in my truck. I would recommend doing your research before picking a shop. If you are looking for budget friendly this may be a good route for you. If you are looking for a quality long, lasting ceramic coating, this may not be the best option. They pride themselves and how quick they can get it done, but it seems that they cut corners and miss a lot of spots being fast, considering all other shops, are a week or more to have this done correctly. My last visit with them was when they were in a temporary space that I did not give the best review on. But when you talk about a come back, CKC achieved every mark! If i could give 10 stars, I would. On arrival, I meet the CKC amazing staff, I told them I was there to see Leland, the owner, who seen me coming into the shop floor. He stopped what he was doing to come and personally introduce himself, just as his staff did before when I arrived. Leland gave me a personal tour of the shop.
