Great gym for athletes. Large turf area and well equipped with implements that I haven’t seen at any other gyms in the area like safety squat bars, axel bar, Woodway treadmills, etc along with lot of good machines and various free weights. Only downside is no showers and no AC.

OG is the best! The coaches are knowledgeable, friendly, and want to see you succeed. It’s never been super crowded in the year I’ve been going either. There is something for everyone from strength, kids, conditioning classes to just working out on your own schedule. Nice clean environment too, highly recommend!

Awesome gym!! I have been going here almost 3 years now. The coaches/ staff are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. They have the ability to meet you where you are and customize a plan to get you to your goals.

Everything a powerlifter would need with a mix of weight lifting and machines. Some of the best people I've meet have been at this gym.

My girlfriend and I decided to try out OG Performance and we are so glad we did! The employees here are fantastic and create a positive atmosphere. There's a "hard work" feel about the place that is also inviting which is a hard combo to nail. If you're looking for a place to workout, I would highly recommend OG Performance Training.

This is honestly the best gym in the area. Always clean, up kept and with concern for patrons safety and health. Family and lifter friendly from your general health with classes available for youth to adults of any age, to your competitive powerlifting and weightlifting, cardio and strength and conditioning classes. Gym is setup decently, and equipment isn't too old. The owners are extreme liberals. Increased prices March 2021 with no grandfather clauses. Business model revolves around the newbies and classes they offer which seem somewhat interactive, but I wouldn't classify it as professional training. If you're looking for a hardcore gym, this isn't it.

This is not a globo gym. Amazing coaches, all the equipment you could want, the people working out around you are friendly and chill. Its a perfect place to come and GET STRONG! Keep up the good work!

Great trainers and very safe during covid

These guys are the best! I've worked with 3 trainers during my time there and they all taylor workouts to suit your situation/injuries/limitations. Both of my kids are athletes. One played D1 college softball and the other headed to play football this fall and have worked with trainers there to rehab or for strength & conditioning. You can't beat Paul's group of people for getting what you need.

I love this warehouse gym. It has an upbeat, positive energy to it. The people are friendly and encouraging. There's lots of equipment, space, and variability among types of exercises to do.

This gym offers free weights, machines, a “jungle gym”, plenty of squat racks, turf area for sleds, etc. The atmosphere is great- always have good music, people training hard and trainers who truly love what they do!

The personal training is awesome! Courtney has helped me shave off more than a minute on my average running pace and has made me a stronger runner. I would definitely recommend OG!!
