If classes are your thing, there are sports-specific and general health classes (and one on one coaching) available for everyone from kids and up.For those training for specific military applications, the turf area is great for farmer’s carries, sled pushes+pulls, slam balls/med balls, and kb’s go up to 88lbs.There is a very large Rogue rig so don’t have to wait for barbells to squat/bench. There is also a powerlifting room with metric weights and a belt squat machine.All that said, the overall experience has been top notch and if it were not for a mandatory move I would still be there. The gym is spacious and does not ever feel crowded like other gyms in this area. There’s always a staff member cleaning so I also feel it is well kept. Paul the owner is always available as well for any questions I have as well and is always friendly and helpful. Last but certainly not least, the trainers (Olan and Marcus) for the youth are awesome. My son began training when he was 13 and will be 15 this year. He looks forward to going and has built a relationship with all the trainers. He’s even referred friends/teammates who now attend which makes it even more exciting for him. There are a lot of loud women who work out and yell to each other so much that it's distracting. The gym could be cleaner. It's grimy. I enjoy working out there. It's low key. It's mostly people who just want to work out. Some people clearly go to socialize and not sweat. The music is good... More

One played D1 college softball and the other headed to play football this fall and have worked with trainers there to rehab or for strength & conditioning.
