Great first experience!! Eric Vanor (Technician) was very professional, curteous and left my yard secured. He even talked with me via my ring camera(s) as I was at work at the time he arrived. He walked me through the aftercare for that day and look forward to the next time he comes out. He definitely deserves a CRAZY HAPPY from this customer! Thanks for having people like Eric out there taking care of customers as he is very focused on satisfaction as well as doing a great job. Fast forward to this morning when I called to pay the invoice, I felt hurried/rushed to give my card information and get off the phone. I wasn't having it as this was the 4th attempt in a 2-hour period and my time is just as valuable as yours. No worries, though the rep sent me a link to the "corrected" email address (something the initial person didn't verify) and now I can bypass having to call in the future.
