I have been receiving care for a little over three years now, and I must say that the caregivers are of good quality. They have always tried to match me with caregivers whose personalities are compatible with mine. Joey is wonderful, first as a scheduler and then a case manager. She really cares about my wellbeing. My wife Fran is happy with not bearing the burden alone especially with her own health changing over the past few years. All of the caregivers are like family, and we really appreciate them!

So after a fall at my home I was admitted to the hospital then the Rehab facility I was at and Social services gave me information for AAC. I think all staff and members of AAC have served me well in my Home lifestyle living. You never know how much you need help until you get it. This company has provided high-quality care that enhanced my father’s quality of life by continuously advocating for him, not to mention it has taken a load off of me. They truly make a difference, walking through life with you to help spend more quality time with your loved one. Kelsi and Norma are amazing over sight, constantly checking in on our care to make sure things are running smoothly or if additional help is needed. My primary provider, Jaycee, helps me day-to-day running the house, self starting, while providing outstanding companionate care. She really develops a wonderful relationship with the patient. She has almost become part of the family. It makes you feel not alone in what you’re going through. You really have no idea how helpful they are until you hire them!

I based on their Google reviews, I contacted Adultcare Assistance to help with what I initially thought would be a few hours a day of home health care for a dear friend who was battling cancer.I met with Anna Donnelly, two days after the initial call, and what ended up also being the day after my friend’s oncologist told her the chemotherapy was not working and her recommendation was to go home, put her affairs in order and call hospice.Anna met with me and my friend’s husband, and then with my beloved friend to independently assess what she thought would be our needs. She also gave us a referral to a hospice Adultcare had a good relationship with in another area of the valley .It took multiple calls from me, then Anna to get a next day interview with Faith Hospice.Anna attended the meeting with Hospice the next day (Saturday). After her assessment with Hospice, Anna recommended 24 hour/day care rather than the 6 hours/day I initially thought would be necessary to help me and the family manage my friend’s needs. Anna immediately began filling our needs for 24 hour care to begin THAT DAY.Sadly, my dearest friend lost her battle 6 short days later.Anna, and the caregivers who helped us survive those final days were nothing short of a GODSEND. Faith Hospice didn’t respond fast enough to even provide the necessary supplies for my friend’s basic care (I was ordering everything we needed from Amazon), but through Anna’s guidance, I was able to realize what we needed for nursing oversight and pain medication to make my friend’s final days as pain free as possible.Those were the longest six days of my life. I do not know what we would have done without the meticulous, attentive care of the staff Anna assembled in real time. Adultcare Assistance gave us the opportunity to focus our final days and hours on reminiscing, laughing, loving and saying goodbye. We were able to be loving friends and family rather than being overwhelmed by the needs and demands of caregiving.Going into this, I had no idea our loss would happen so quickly, but I do know, Anna Donnelly, her team (especially Samantha) got us through one of the most difficult events any family will face with unfaltering support and care.Based on our experience, I cannot recommend them enough.
