If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We have had 2 experiences with Charlie. 1 My mother (85years old) had another company come out & check on her AC- they told her she needed to replace the entire unit for over $8000.00- Charlie came out and reconnected the thermostat with a small service fee & she is all set. Charlie came to our house, adjusted 2 of our units checked for any issues, fixed a few minor things for a very reasonable price. THANK YOU! Highly recommend! This small business came out on such short notice the day before my 4th of July party to service my ac and get things up and running again. Standing in the dark to replace a component defective from the supplier. They could have waited until the next day but they didn't their work ethic is fantastic. Came home today to a hot house, the day before a Hurricane is due to impact our area. My husband recalled our daughter telling him about an AC company that they used recently and so, after a call to Charlie, he arrived within the hour (luckily he was nearby at another job), got us up and running in a matter of minutes. So after going through so many “24/7” AC repair companies on Google I FINALLY came across Essential Air! They didn’t try and book me out two weeks he told me he would have someone at my home in 30 minutes and as stated a gentleman showed up in 30 minutes. I don’t know how to get them higher on Google but I’m happy I found them! He is changing my capacitor and returning to clean the coils after the hurricane! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company this is a hardworking, ethical, and reliable AC company! Less
