I can't say enough about how much CFN has meant to me. Especially through the COVID-19 pandemic the community at CFN has been essential in my health physically, mentally, and emotionally. Gil and really all the coaches do an incredible job of not only fostering and improving fitness but also community. I encourage anyone and everyone to come check it out!

Here during 2 months in the summer : incredible place, nothing comparable in France. Knowledgeable people, family atmosphere and really impressive level sometimes ... Definitely the perfect place to progress while having fun.

I'm a former member ( only left because I moved), great atmosphere and community, top notch coaching, best crossfit gym working around injuries, and the owner Gil really loves seeing every member better themselves no matter what level you are at. Very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend this gym.
