I’d had a bad time several years ago which left me with not the best credit rating to say the least. Yet here was someone, saying they could help someone like me get a mortgage, so I thought I’d give it a try. I wasn’t expecting to much at first but after an initial call and chat he told me I was in with a chance and a few weeks later here I was with an AIP. I found a lovely property and the mortgage was in place. There were definitely a few dramas along the way (none done to mortgage chain) but just to have someone like Alex to fight your corner is worth it’s weight in gold, to many to mention, but for example if I wanted some information off the solicitor he’d fob me off with some jargon. A quick e-mail to Alex and all of a sudden the solicitor would miraculously have all the answers. There’s so much more I could put here but I want to keep it brief and say I just can’t recommend this company enough, this isn’t a sales pitch I am genuinely so thankful I came across them.
