Update 2/2/26 Requested a Full Refund- owner states OZ wheels has tariff issues, the email address the owner of Motowheels gave for ozwheels in their reply below us invalid. The customer service rep at Motowheels seems hesitant to issue an immediate refund. I have requested them to send my refund transaction info by 9am tomorrow. I will update my review tomorrow.

Horrible Merchant. They continue to post items with substantially low prices, and then when you go to purchase the item, it's a complete BAIT AND SWITCH to a much higher price. COMPLETE CLICK BAIT. Furthermore, they act like it's your fault for wanting to purchase the item at the price they advertise it, which is substantially lower than the price for which they're selling it.I figured I wasted so much time on communicating back and forth with them to try and get them to understand they're operating unethically, that I would spend a bit more time to hopefully keep you from wasting the same.This picture is of the advertised price, and they wanted to charge almost $300 at check out, not including shipping or tax. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!

This place does not communicate. It seems like they do not ship until you complain I did eventually get my part but the lack of communication and the attitude the person gave me in the email is unacceptable I do not recommend this place find parts elsewhere. They say my item was delivered but It wasn't delivered until the day after they said it was. In my opinion this place is sketchy at best I will not be ordering from them again

I submitted an order almost 2 months ago and never received my item after being told it was on back order and would be shipped soon. I was told weeks ago the part was expected at the end of the week and would then ship but nothing. The part now shows as in stock on the site and I still don’t have my order. Now they refuse to answer my emails, form submissions, texts, and phone calls.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Please read the fine print before doing business with this company. After waiting 3 days for my order status to change, a representative reached out to me to tell me there was a pricing error on their website and I would have to pay an additional $378 for my order! This is a classic scam site that baits you with a low price and then tells you they are happy to ship the item for an additional fee. That’s no way to do business. After reaching out to others, it seems this is common practice for them. Buyer beware! You will not get the item you paid for at the price you think you are paying. They even use the same excuse with others. “Oh we have a new employee that didn’t know how to enter the correct information”. Shady, dishonest company. Check the reviews, I wish I had beforehand. Lesson learned. Do not do business with motowheels.

Ordered the carbon fiber expansion tank for ducati 996, just installed and looking forward to testing it's durability. Gotta it sure does look good and everything fit perfectly so for now 5 stars. I'll update on reservoir if it breaks. If you're reading this you're probably dealing with the same thing I have been this is so far the best option I have found and so far the best quality. If this hasn't been updated then it's safe to say this is the option to go with. It's honestly a shame that you can't enjoy how great the carbon fiber looks due to it being under the tank. 2 thumbs up. UPDATE sold the 996 and since it's been wrecked at least 3 times 🤷‍♂️ reservoir completely undamaged. Look no further this is the one you want to go with.
