The bottom line is that Skylor is amazing and the best Realtor that I have ever worked with. Sold a house and started by finding the best realtor in the area. First he showed up to meet and to look at the house on time and on a short timeline. He brought with him all the information on the house and then a background profile of the Company he works with. Basically he did the compatibles before he was even selected. To help ensure us of competency he brought with him a background on the Company and reviews. He showed motivation and dedication from the start when others certainly did not. Once selected he made himself available almost 24/7 and went far above and beyond during each step of the selling process to educate and keep us in the loop. His drive and eagerness to accomplish the job really stood out. When there were potential issues with the house, he offered solutions, helped finding the remedies and worked through the issues with us. He also works with a photographer that takes the best pictures I have ever seen both ground based and aerial. It was great for the listing and certainly attracted more potential buyers. Each perspective buyer was given immediate attention, there were never any issues. After inspections and appraisals he would call and text to explain what had happed and what was found. What was great is that he provided options for a variety of solutions to those problems. At no time did we feel out of the loop or uniformed about the current state of the sell.
