I have been coming to Jo since November when I had my 1st vaser lipo surgery on lower legs for post op lymphatic drainage. Other than being a lovely welcoming lady, I highly recommend Jo for anyone in need of post op MLD. After my first op it helped reduced swelling and bruising over time and increased circulation to promote healing. I also felt lighter in myself and less sluggish. After learning the benefits from Jo of MLD I've continued to have monthly sessions and this has helped with water retention and reduce swelling with my lymphodema. I have just had my second vaser lipo on my stomach and in my first session alone there was a visible smoothness to my stomach and I feel less bloated. I wouldn't use anyone else for MLD, it's a calming environment and a great way to have some me time.

I’ve been coming to Joanne for a couple of years now and I cannot recommend her highly enough. I go for reflexology every 3-4 weeks to help relax, destress and to aid with long term pain in one of my feet. I wouldn’t be without my treatments and would recommend Joanne!

I've been seeing Jo at The Full Spectrum Centre for over 7 years. I visit a couple of times a month for a range of treatments and always come out feeling relaxed, less stressed, less tense and well looked after. I suffer with several issues with my back. causing daily pain and stress. I was told by a family member about Jo at The Full spectrum. I have now been going for about a year. I started off with sessions on my back every 2 weeks. Now I go once a month for a hour long massage. Jo always asks where my issues are and will make sure she pays extra care to that area. I thoroughly look forward to my monthly visits. such a relaxing experience and such a lovely lady.

Just been for my second treatment with Joanne and now booked in regular appointments till janurary to make sure i can always get in. Jo is certainly amazing at what she does! Being a sufferer of fibromyalgia I am in constant pain, however treatments with Jo are of great benefit to me and have helped minimise flare ups massively. Jo is great at ensuring she uses the right approach / pressure to maintain comfort at all times. She is also very professional. I always feel very relaxed and in a non judgemental environment.
