Just had another fantastic treatment from Joanne. 90 mins of pure relaxation and a wonderful massage

I went to see Joanne for a massage as for a couple of days I had pain in my arm and wrist to the extent that I could not lift my arm to brush my hair. Following the session I saw an immediate impact of reduced pain and within 24 hours I had full mobility back.

I have been coming here for regular salt stone full body massages for the last couple of years and it has been the best investment in my wellness! I would most definitely recommend the full spectrum center limited. I did a CPD and was taught by daciana who welcomed me and made me feel so comfortable it was such a lovely atmosphere . Daciana explained everything very detailed and answered any questions I had. I can not wait to go back to learn something new

The accupunture treatment I have received for PMDD /hormone regulation has raised my quality of life and the advice Daciana has given along the way has helped change my mindset. Attended the Angel Meditation Class tonight with Carl. He is lovely and so welcoming. I highly recommend attending this class if you’re looking to try, or get back into meditation.

Really enjoyed the open weekend. Made me smile as I walked home because it was like being in a heavenly A+E the difference was you don't know what's up until you feel the benefit of going in. People I met were very caring and empowering. I left by floating out not walking out-watch your head on the door frame lol

I qualified in ear candling and also fertility and maternity reflexology at The Full Spectrum. Joanne is an excellent tutor and the courses are very thorough. I will be back soon for the crystal and colour reflexology - would recommend learning here, to give yourself the best start.
