Horrible experience! Not only did the process not work, they would not release the MLS listing so that I could relist until I paid them ten thousand dollars. I don't recommend using this method to sell. Worst mistake of my life and I paid dearly. (PS house sold in 5 days once I listed it traditionally, for over asking price - thank goodness as I got ripped off by Prestige and needed to make it up! - and NOT as a result of their "marketing")

Worst mistake of my life was listing my house at auction. It did not work and it cost me almost 20 K to get out of the contract with them (they would not even consider reducing the fee even though there was no interest.) My house sold in 4 days after I pulled my auction listing! Don't do this. Agents won't bring their clients and their "marketing" plan is harassing the agents who do show it for weeks afterwards. Bad, bad idea!
