I went to Manteca Dental group first and wasn’t the bes experience but thankfully I came here before they could do any work on my teeth. Because of my experience at Manteca Dental & explaining to Ivory Dental what happened they removed any payment to continue their own X-rays at their office (Manteca Dental did not want to give me a copy of my X-rays but charged both me and my insurance). I was actually very rude by forgetting I had a work meeting via zoom at the same time as my appointment ugh! So I asked if it was okay to take the call since dr hadn’t seen me yet and I was waiting in the room, they kindly said yes and made it a bit more comfortable for me to receive the call. They were extremely kind and very professional explained everything for me to understand what was going on and what they would be doing if I wanted to forward with their services. This was my first time coming to a dentist over five years. Due to me having a bad experience with a root canal. I went in to Ivory dental and loved the way that it didn’t feel like a dentist, very appealing to the eye. From the front desk to the actual dentist, just AMAZING!!!! I ended up needing another root canal and when I tell you that they actually care about the patients and their comfort. They go above and beyond for you. The dentist paused when I needed a brake numbed me as needed. Listened to my concerns. I’m just so happy I found a place that makes me want to go in and continue to come back for cleans and more!!!
