I was skeptical of the $1 for the first visit, mostly because my yard was a literal shit show. Scott did an amazing job, is an incredible communicator, and is so quick. I am so impressed and am excited to continue my service with him. Highly recommend!

After being a client since September of 2022, I was informed today by my neighbor that they were tossing the poop into our recycling cans. I was surprised, as I had assumed all of these years they were taking the poop, as we never discussed something else and our trash cans are locked for the development. When I reached out to resolve the issue (I had assumed that they had someone new coming who just wasn’t sure what to do so made a lazy, yet understandable, decision).I was really surprised when the response was that they had knowingly been doing this, and at no point had ever communicated this to me over all the years of service. Which has caused issues for our development as we’ve been fined for things like this in our recycling.In lieu of any responsibility or apology, they just said they would take me off their rotation, essentially firing themselves over any options of resolution.I’m bummed for this service to end, after referring many friends and family members to them over the years. But, I will definitely be checking out the other organizations locally that offer this service.

I was embarrassed to take them up on the first time offer of $1 bc I had let things pile up (no pun intended) but I’m so glad I did! I have my backyard back! The auto payment is convenient and the staff are great. I highly recommend.
