I absolutely love Centerline. Chris and Darla are wonderful coaches! They show you how to do kickboxing and weight lifting correctly. Its a small community and everyone knows each other. I also like Brandy's stretch class on Mondays and Wednesdays after kickboxing class. I would definitely check Centerline out! I am VERY HAPPY that I did.

I have been a member of Centerline Fitness for several years now. I love the kickboxing classes and personal training options. They have several class times available to fit anyone’s schedule. The staff and members are all super friendly.

Great classes and support from the coaches to help build strength and endurance

Had my consultation last week. Today 12/12 was my first actual session. The vibe in the building is very laid back and welcoming. Coach Chris was extremely patient, supportive and encouraging. I’m a complete beginner and I did not feel as if I was a burden whatsoever. I highly recommend giving them consideration if you’re looking to make a lifestyle change.

Chris at centerline fitness is by far the best coach I’ve ever had. He makes it known that he wants you to succeed and provides you with the tools to do so. Definitely recommend!

I joined the six week exercise and nutrition challenge. I loved the family environment. Each instructor was very knowledgeable. The exercises pushed me every single day of class and I loved it. I lost weight and feel much stronger than when I started.

Chris' selection of exercises are perfectlly fit for my needs. He is conscious of covid and has implemented safe procedures to deliver exciting training.
