I went yesterday to re-enroll and noticed that 70% of clients were not wearing masks and that was very frightening to me. So I guess I won't be attending this gym.

The owners are the sweetest couple you will ever meet. Sue offers something that works because at one point she was were most of us are right now. The keto challenge was a great way to get out of the rut I was in. I was bored with my workouts and looking for something different. Gym30 was great. They care about their clients. They do a great job of adapting the workouts to different skill levels. They offer alternatives and more challenging moves so no one feels like they can't do it. This was a great reset for me.

Great experience! Loved the Booty Boot Camp and PoundFit classes with Sue. You’re encouraged to push yourself, however, work at your own pace.

I love this place and love my trainers. I don't want to see posts from a trainer that mocks and belittles people who may have spent 1 day in the gym and don't know the proper "rules". Yes there is a little bit of Gym etiquette but we all got to start somewhere. Come here and learn from the best.
