I appreciate the one on one commitment they give my son and try to match his energy. I appreciate the way they redirect him when he gets lost in what hes supposed to be doing. I am very pleased with them and would recommend this place to parents. They also want you to relax and enjoy your free time. You can watch your child grow or relax in the other room that has an awesome massage chair. It’s just $1 for 5 minutes. Super worth the money. Also the classes are super affordable.

My daughter joined a month ago and absolutely lives it. She had her first belt move up test on Saturday. She wasbvery nervous but her classmates, Master Murphy and all the instructors help her get past her fears and she Rocked It. I can't wait to see her continue to grow as she keeps learning. This is helping her self confidence, balance, disapline, respect and over all attitude.

Joe and the Delavan Flying Dragons Team have put together a great Martial Arts program for kids of all ages. Our eight year old grandson loves the program and it has been great for him in terms of developing self-discipline, increasing his level of physical fitness, and building self-confidence. He is extremely proud of the five trophies he has now won in regional martial arts tournaments: a testament to the quality of training he has been receiving from Master Murphy (aka Joe) and company. He is currently a Green Belt and has set his sights on becoming a Black Belt....and with Joe's encouragement and training I'm sure he will get there. If you are the parent or grandparent of a child who you think might be interested in having fun, getting fit, and developing self-confidence, I encourage you to stop by and have a chat with Joe.

I had a positive experience there along with my children for a number of years. Master Murphy is a great instructor. It was a friendly and comfortable atmosphere at the school always. I would recommend it to anybody!

I have been a friend of Master Murphy for over 30 years. I have had a great experience with him as my instructor. He guided me through to black belt and I have had the honor of sitting on testing boards and teaching in his school. I have been around a lot of martial arts schools and instructors, in my opinion he is the best there is especially in relating to younger students. So if you want a great family experience I strongly recommend Delavan Flying Dragons.

My 10-year-old wanted to try it. After watching one class, my 6-year-old wanted to join him. After watching along the sidelines for a couple months, I joined too. Welcoming atmosphere from everyone. I was never one to enjoy workouts and practices growing up, but I find myself not wanting to miss these. Great exercise, helpful discipline and self-defense education. Nice bonding experience both with my boys and with the other students and mentors training alongside us, making ourselves better.

This is a great place to go to, the owner Master Murphy is very nice, and very knowledgeable in his teachings. I went when I was younger, and it was great for me. It gave me something to do instead of playing video games all day. It is suitable for all ages to come and learn some self defense, and plus some exercise! I am currently in the United States Army and a lot of his teachings are things that I have been re-taught during our combatives program. All in all I would highly recommend to anyone looking to find a hobby as well as becoming knowledgeable with how to defend yourself.

One of the best experiences growing up. Taught me about structure, spirit, setting goals, and probably saved my life! I was in a motorcycle accident and walked away from it because I knew how to roll and properly distribute the force of the landing. Highly recommend getting kids involved in this. Will help them become better persons and how to carry themselves through life.
