I was seen at this facility and did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed or properly diagnosed. As an active duty service member, I was advised to purchase medication online through Amazon rather than being provided an appropriate treatment plan. I also contacted my insurance provider and changed my primary care provider; however, I was later informed by the facility that they could not update my physician information. Despite explaining my ongoing ear related issues and the reasons for requesting a provider change, I did not receive the assistance I needed. Due to this experience, I will be seeking care elsewhere and would not recommend this facility based on the level of support and care I received

After three different Ent I finally struck gold with Kentuckiana Ent. Dr. Sean Miller was the only ent who asked me what were my symptoms and LISTENED. He didn’t try to shove the camera down my nose or talk about treatments. He listened, asked more questions, examined me and presented a treatment plan and allowed me to be a part of that process. I’m grateful for this level of care. Ty for truly helping me.
