Updated 19 Aug 2026As seen by the reply from the owner, the business reached out to me after my last, less than stellar visit, and did not attempt to make any excuses for the service, agreed with my observations and expressed their desire to improve things moving forward and offered some options to help improve the outcome of our recent interactions.The owner has been professional and sincere in our talks and I'm willing to give them the benefit of the doubt when it comes being sincere in wanting to improve processes moving forward.They repair far more than just controllers, and reviews from customers with those needs have been pretty great, I've just not used those services. But, if you are looking for controller repairs, be thorough in your questions, make sure they are confident they can repair it before hand. They are actively working on improving their processes.I am leaving my original review text below, because it is and was relevant to the interactions, but I have upped my review from a 1 star to 3 for now and I look forward to being able to update this in the future with an even better review in the hopefully, not too far future.-------------------------------------------- original review --------------------------------I really wanted this to be a great local business but after multiple attempts at getting Xbox controllers repaired, the controllers either came back with new problems like not turning on without a power cable, despite being wireless, or being told one timeline liken a day or 2 for determining parts needed, and then still having not touched the device 7 days later…Unreliable at best. Don’t bring your controllers here at the very least.

If you are having problems with your equipment, Sidekicks is the place to go. I took a computer and a printer in. Between them, there was no communication. Now they are working perfectly. Very friendly service.
