I have visited Computer Techs, before it was renamed as Sidekick Tech and I will say that the service is still 5 stars. I brought my desktop into Sidekick and Alex is a real treat. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair when I brought in the part he needed. As long as this place keeps amazing employees, formerly Lane and now Alex, I will always return here for my techy needs.

The hours for this place are horrible for working people, but if you can manage to get in, the service is incredible. Dropped a phone off for a new screen at 330 and was able to pick it up by 530. Very kind staff member as well. Pretty pricey from my understanding but theyre the only place in town that fixes things like this so I guess it just comes with that.

I brought my daughter’s iPhone in for a repair because the screen blacked out. The computer tech guys fixed it the same day and it’s just like new!

Great place, got my black screening computer fixed for less than $100, almost thought it was a lost cause but thankfully they got it fixed up and it runs good yet again😌

They were very good with communication! My 2ds xl had some issues, first with the top screen, then with the bottom screen. Both were fixed! Overall i will definitely go to them again for device repairs!
