After watching a video a screen popped up on my daughter's phone that locked her out completely. She could only make emergency calls. Nothing would work for us. They were so fast, and it was much less expensive than I expected! They fixed the busted screen on my iPhone in less than an hour. My phone looks and feels brand new! I really like dealing with Computer Techs. When my computer has needed repair, they do the work accurately and promptly and at a reasonable cost. When I have them check something on it but it doesn't need repair, they return it with no charge. My experience with Computer Techs has always been excellent! Less
