I am so happy to have found Computer Tech, Sidekicks. My Apple watch fell face down on bathroom tiles and cracked. I called Apple for repair, no help. They did not know anyone who could help. Called every Apple Store in the Dallas area, also, with no help. My secretary suggested looking around town. Home run! Alex was knowledgeable, efficient and offered me a solution. He ordered the parts, told me when to drop off my watch, and within an hour of getting parts he had it repaired! The price was reasonable and I was thrilled because I can’t get my size watch any more. I can’t say enough about this small business in Durant. I have visited Computer Techs, before it was renamed as Sidekick Tech and I will say that the service is still 5 stars. I brought my desktop into Sidekick and Alex is a real treat. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair when I brought in the part he needed. As long as this place keeps amazing employees, formerly Lane and now Alex, I will always return here for my techy needs.
