I have only been a member since November 2025 but if feel like I have been there for much longer. The support and atmosphere are amazing and I already feel so much more confident in myself, not just in body but in mind as well. I have been a member now since 2019 averaging 3-4 visits a week .The coaching is excellent ,All you have to do is get through the door as the sessions are prepared in advance , with a max of 6 people in a session your coach looks after you to help you maintain good form get good results and avoid injury.Fully recommend- Its a game changer..⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Since joining I have become so much more healthier, thanks to the accountability element of Nick and the team. There are days you just think you can't be bothered, but the because you know he will be waiting, you just get up and crack on. Once you are there and have completed a session, you feel so much better for it. They won't let you fail!
