The team at BTC is so welcoming and creates a really comfortable training environment. All sessions were well organized and challenging - but can accommodate accordingly based on each individuals fitness level. I really appreciated the personal touch and effort the coaches make to get to know every single member!

Love the fact you can get to the gym and your workout is planned for you. The team are supportive, adapt to your needs and encourage you. The personal training sessions are fun and fully inclusive, the coaches are knowledgeable and help keep everyone stay motivated. In the year I have been training with them I have never felt intimidated and have received support and guidance appropriate to my level of fitness, with just the right level of challenge. This place lives up to its name! I just had my 16 week assessment and the progress photos have undeniably shown a visible difference! So pleased with the progress! And I haven't even started with the nutrition resources yet! The motivation is incredible and gets you to your goals. You work in small groups up to 6, with a personal trainer who perfects your technique in detail to make each workout count and be effective as possible. In 45 mins you'll complete warm ups, a full workout and stretches to finish. I love the "in and out" job done for the day but you make new friends and sometimes it's nice to hang around. Nick, the owner, makes great coffee too and often there's extras like fruit, or healthy cool drinks when the weather was really hot. There's tracking devices that make you want to do more, add to the team BTC or if you want, do your own thing, in and outside of the sessions here. I've been going 3 sessions a week and it's sustainable working full time. If you're thinking about it,  join now,  I'd highly recommend it! 🤩😍🤩 So an update! (as I've been here over a year now) Ladies...this gym is like finding your perfect lipstick! 💄 The colour's rich, stays on all day and you've been waiting a lifetime to find it! 1st training session today 6am start. felt nervous but excited. straight from the off I was greeted and made to feel at ease. very polite and kind trainers. full session done with the trainer complimenting you after is what I needed for motivation. cant wait for next session. great job. Jesse is a fantastic coach and he explains everything to you during training also taking care with stretching at the end of sessions to reduce soreness. the nutrition guidance helps you to keep on track with eating and provides invaluable knowledge.

Nick is a very knowledgeable PT and is very passionate about helping his clients succeed and supports them on every step of their journey.

Nick obviously has judgement issues and should probably find a new profession other than the uber demanding world of personal training.
