I did replace the roof after a home inspector indicated that I definitely needed the new roof. I'm sorry Krystal Klean for placing the blame on you. You did not wash the granules away (they weren't there to begin with) and you did make it LOOK so much nicer, Apparently, your tech came out to pick up the bag attached to the gutter after I'd contacted you that it was not removed. I didn't know that there was more than one bag. The owner himself made amends for the forgotten bag. I've been so busy packing to move that I didn't walk the perimeter of the home, so I apparently missed a bag; had KK known that there was more than one bag, I'm sure they would have taken both. I apologize for the original review. You did make my home appear much brighter and it did sell after your job. Less
