Sam go through everything, takes you through everything, nothing is left unturn. he even crawled into the attic space to make sure there was no leak on the roof, and that was after doing a drone fly over of the roof line, he checked all of the mechanical, make sure they are doing what they are suppose to do. Every cracked is probed. When you get your report you would probably know more about the house that you are going to buy more than the people who once live there.
