Sam came out and did the inspection on a 100 year old home we wanted to buy. He was there early, was very friendly, answered all of our questions and my parents' questions as well. The day of I found him to be very frank, professional, and honest. We received our report very quickly as well, which helped us prepare to put in an offer quickly. After the inspection was over however he was still very helpful, answering follow up questions very quickly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good inspector who knows their stuff.

If there is one word to describe Sam Lott inspection style and service, I would say THOROUGH. That is what you want when you are about to spend the most money you might in your lifetime on a home. Sam go through everything, takes you through everything, nothing is left unturn. he even crawled into the attic space to make sure there was no leak on the roof, and that was after doing a drone fly over of the roof line, he checked all of the mechanical, make sure they are doing what they are suppose to do. Every cracked is probed. When you get your report you would probably know more about the house that you are going to buy more than the people who once live there. This takes time and dedication and he spent the time and put in the work. Sam is the MAN!. don't buy a house without him, don't do it, please don't do it. I will recommend him to everyone all day long.

He was very thorough with our home inspection, from wading through waist high grass to inspect the retaining wall, to literally jumping up and down on the deck to check its strength.
