I have worked with Joff at Movement wins a couple of times and always have great results. Joff’s knowledge in nutrition and fitness really provide you with a great kickstart. With Joff’s guidance I am back into a training regime and better eating habits.

Joining Movement Wins and working with Joff has been life-changing for me. I have been a part of this wonderful supportive community for 4 years now and I never felt better. I am stronger and more confident in my fitness and performance as well as my shape. Joff is a very kind human being, extremely knowledgeable/ understanding and supportive as a coach. He really has helped me (and still is) while I am learning to navigate the ridiculous unsolicited changes that come with perimenopause as well as the menopause itself. Not only he helped me with my weight loss journey but consistent training without being pressured into just showing results, had helped me be kind to myself and to go easy on my body. Training kept me sane and the endorphins helped my mental state a great deal. Now that I am on the right path with everything else, I am seeing the physical results of all the hard work.The numbers don't lie. He creates a very safe atmosphere during the sessions where we can discuss anything without judgment which in turn helps him design a plan that gets results based on my needs and goals. After getting stuck in a rut I started training with Joff and movement wins. Such a great program to follow and the community is so encouraging. From the day I started training I haven’t stopped and now love fitness and really enjoy CrossFit! I have changed my mentality around working out and eating well and now fitness is part of my daily routine!

Moviment Wins has been a game changer in my life! The coaches are extremely focus to the details of each exercise. The group training makes it even more fun.
Perfect environment for anyone who feels intimidated going to a gym or exercise class! The coaches are super friendly and welcoming. Workouts are always adapted to suit different abilities. It's also a really friendly community to become part of with regular social events throughout the year!

I have been part of Movement Wins for several years and have seen major improvements in my fitness, from both a cardio and strength perspective. Joff and his team are super knowledgeable and supportive, and they can adapt the class so everyone (even with an injury) can get a good, safe workout. The classes are fun, people are friendly and I cannot recommend them enough!

I trained with Joff from Movement Wins for 3 years, he really changed my life in terms of fitness. A real holistic and science based approach, always kept the workouts varied and interesting while always pushing to the right level. Only stopping with him as we are leaving Dubai. Movement wins: I'd really recommend Movement Wins, as it's helped with my motivation and accountability when it comes to exercising more. Exercising is pretty challenging, especially with the Scottish winter weather. Movement Wins has helped with my accountability to get out and walk more. I enjoy trying to reach the top of the table,( in the app) which helps motivate me, whether it be going out for a walk; the gym ; or walking in a swimming pool. I’ve always been somebody who’s gone through phases with exercise. I started with Movement Wins about two months ago now. I can honestly say it is the best thing I’ve ever done in terms of health and fitness. I have never been more motivated to work out and stay ‘on plan’ as I am right now. The biggest factor in this was the fact that Joff connects to my Apple Watch and can see whether I am keeping active or not. I have no excuses and have to train, as it makes me more accountable than ever before. After each workout, Joff sends me a short message or acknowledge if I had been working hard. This gives me a little boost and I really like the support of a personal trainer, without somebody breathing down my neck in the gym! ‘The Tracker’ has been another hugely motivating factor. I love seeing where I am on the leaderboard and it pushes me to always try that little bit harder in the gym, burn more calories, stay an extra half an hour or even go out and exercise on a scheduled rest day. The Tracker also allows me to compete with my mates - we even had a mini leaderboard, which pushed me on even further! There is a huge sense of achievement at the end of a week when you have smashed your goals and get a shout out on the social media pages. I cannot recommend Movement Wins enough. I can now see that health and fitness goals that I have had for a long time are achievable. I’ve gone from not exercising at all to happily exercising 5 or 6 times a week! There was more to life than counting calories and pinching fat.. I decided that exercise would be a celebration of what my body could do.. that my goals would be to get stronger, faster and more powerful and I searched for a program that would enable me to do this. Unfortunately most of the gyms and personal trainers I encountered were more focused on the number on the scales and the horrible "fat" analysis machines that kept insisting I was obese (I ‘m 155cm tall and weighed 55Kg at the time 😑). I would explain to them that I wanted to be become stronger so I would be able to do a pull-up but they would tell me that it would be easier if I just lost a few pounds. .. but getting stronger while on a calorie deficit is so hard and I was not getting results which left me frustrated and weak. Then I was introduced to Joff Bunt - @coffeewithjoffy founder of @movementwins. I told him my goals and he listened. He didn't ask about my weight or measurements or try to calculate my body fat percentage. He respected my goals and wrote a program specific to me gaining upper body strength. When I told him I just couldn't stand tracking my calories, he didn't insist I log every morsel of food, but only to track my protein for a couple of weeks to make sure I was getting enough. When I explained that at my age I am tired of trying to fit in the unachievable aesthetic standard the media has set for women.. he understood.. he gets that my limitations are not always physical but also mental and emotional. My program is mine, unique to my goals. I get my workouts at the start of each week in a very easy to use app. I’m free to exercise wherever and whenever suits me (which is very important as I am a mom and freelancer). I’m held accountable. I have a community of likeminded people I can share my experiences with, and I can always reach out to Joff when I have any questions or concerns. The program is changed and tweaked constantly inline with my progress and most importantly to fit within my life. Today I feel I am the strongest I have ever been both physically and mentally 💪🧠😁 So if that's what you are looking for in a fitness program then make sure you join @movementwins.. but if you need someone who can count look elsewhere coz Joff is totally rubbish at counting!! 🙄 Less

I didn’t want to sign up for Joff’s program or for any I was always curious about the Lifestyle Reset program But didn’t feel ready to do it seriously and summer holidays were approaching so my excuse number 1 was that it was not the best time to start. I also didn’t want to count calories or macros either I don’t have time for that I had already similar unused applications on my phone but never sticked with it. Now after 12 weeks I am so happy that I signed up, I have never felt so motivated. The biggest achievement for me was that during my vacation I managed to keep moving and never really stopped my training regime for more than 4 days. During the program my fat percentage went down at the same time! my muscle mass increased!! I lost only about 2 kilos (starting already with a good BMI )but the change from being a bit chubby to a more toned and leaner looking body, was clearly visible and noticeable Even when I was not logging my food intake I made much better choices and kept controlling myself more than usually do and didn’t switched off and lose it completely. So if you desire to have a change in your life and have been trying for so long to see some improvement in your daily habits than do this program now and don’t wait for the right time, the circumstances will never be perfect. You can do a diet but will remain on a diet for a period of time because when life happens you will listen to your excuses. Just completed the 7 day challenge and loved it. The accountability of posting workouts and the focus of the tasks really motivated me and definitely made me focus and do some sort of workout on days I wouldn't have otherwise.

Joff made the lifestyle reset so simple, so straight forward, what can I say... it works! Was the lifestyle reset always easy? No, school runs, work, study, sickness and life did get in the way sometimes, however the lifestyle reset was for “me”. Joff and the extended lifestyle reset community understood, motivated and supported me to achieve my goals. I have tried other programs but never got the results and always got bored then dropped out. The lifestyle reset is different, I was set manageable goals and targets and now I am fitter and healthier than I have been for at least a decade. I have lost inches, weight, increased in confidence and thanks to Joff’s guidance and knowledge I have a better understanding of nutrition and fitness.
