Sean and his team responded during an epic winter storm, while he was on vacation, and deployed his crew and got to work! The entire team is thoughtful, professional, and does exceptional work. Long story short: consistent no show on fixing an issue on our roof that they installed and warrantied. During the purchase of our home the inspection found loose flashings on the roof. French Roofing did the installation several years prior and the roof was still under warranty. We have contacted Sean at least 5 times since August via phone and email.
