A quick search of online ratings and a visit to a few websites led us to choose Kingstree.Our initial call was directed to a very realistic A.I. agent. I was a little apprehensive at first, but after answering a few questions about our needs, we had a "no fuss," early morning booking window for the next day. A text confirmation with all the pertinent details arrived on my phone shortly after.The next morning, the system texted to advise that Ryan was on his way. Ryan then followed up with a call to let us know he had to stop by the office to pick up a new tablet due to device issues, providing an updated ETA. The caller ID clearly showed the company name, so we weren’t faced with answering an unknown number.When he arrived, Ryan was courteous, polite, and professional. He confirmed the scope of work and, using his tablet, outlined the baseline and potential costs depending on what he discovered. He also explained that the service call included an inspection of all toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and drains to provide feedback on our overall system.The clog was cleared quickly (amazing what the right tools can do!). Ryan then efficiently inspected our washrooms, ensuite, kitchen sinks, laundry room, hot water tank supply, and two outdoor water taps, including a check of our water pressure. The final price matched the baseline quote, and we greatly appreciated the professional inspection and assessment of our home's water and drain systems. Highly recommended! Thank you very much.

We've been enjoying the support of Kingstree Plumbing, I think since their start, and have had the best experiences. Recently had an issue with our 7-year old hot water tank. It just needed a new valve and they were with us the next day to replace. Ryan was great and while he was at our house, he did a full plumbing inspection, fixed the airflow valve in my kitchen sink, cleaned and oiled our weeping tile access, and provided a quote for a new sump pump! I recommend Kingstree to anyone asking for a reliable, reasonably priced, and honest plumber for any reason at all.

We hired Kingstree to install an automatic shut-off for a newly installed trickle system into a cistern at our rural Strathcona County home. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Here's why: Kingstree NO-SHOWED me on two separate days and strung us along for 2+ weeks with rescheduling. On the days they committed to coming, they gave an 8hr window (8-4PM). I had to be home all day, and the plumber did not even give me the courtesy of giving me a heads up that he could not come after all until we called around 3:30PM on both occasions. We were given a variety of excuses, such as his "wrench broke" and needing to wait for Amazon to deliver another to the shop later that day (do you only have one wrench?), or that the van key broke in the ignition. On both days, he informed us earlier in the day that he was heading to our house next, or was "on the way", only to never show up. I am usually a patient and understanding person but it seemed like Kingstree accepted our business with ZERO intentions of actually completing any service. I would absolutely NOT recommend Kingstree for any service whatsoever. They clearly have no regard for your time and were completely fine wasting two full days of mine by no-showing. I am frankly baffled that Kingstree has such positive reviews as they were a nightmare to work with, without even stepping foot into our home. We went on to hire Park City Plumbing who have been great to work with.

While others said job couldn’t be done until area was dry, this Crew did it! Sump was working and no water in basement as would have been the case if we would have waited. I desperately needed help with my old house having a flooded basement and Kingstree sent Joey to help with information and quotes for a sump pump. He was incredibly knowledgeable and professional.
