The work was fine. Replaced a 3 foot section of copper stack. The cost was completely out of line and cannot be justified. They charge what they want.

After letting me know there should be more work done in the spring but I would be fine for now but to call if there were any issues.I worked in job training and we tried to install the need to do your best and always go ‘over and beyond’ what the customer expects. Joey provided a reasonable estimate on the installation of a new washing machine based on replacement of the washing machine outlet box where the faucets were seized from extensive corrosion caused by a 15+ year leak when the original washer was installed. The quote also included the removal of the old washer. Despite the job being more challenging and time consuming than originally anticipated, there were no changes to the original quoted price.
