The equipment was spaced apart where you don’t feel clutter and everything was new. The locker room was very clean as well. Fair pricing too! Highly recommend for a gym if you’re from out of town or even a local.

Having been out of the CrossFit loop/workouts for the last 3-4 years...needless to say, I was anxious for my first workout, but Coach Justin has a way of making you feel calm and comfortable. He and Coach Lauren were incredibly welcoming the moment I stepped through the door. Both have a wealth of experience and knowledge when it comes to exercises, movements, or nutrition and will always been down to answer any questions! I am slightly addicted to the post workout feeling of strength and accomplishment! I couldn't have done it w/o you, phenomenal Coach Dustyn Homan and the rest of the training team!! That being said - diet has been my sticking point.
