I am 79 years old, I can hardly lift a gallon of water on my own, let alone change my own tire. This was the predicament I found myself in today. I was stranded at a gas station at Bell Road and Reems with a flat tire. My husband couldn’t hear the phone, my grandson had not gotten off work yet, and I had no one else to call. To my surprise, a beautiful young girl in a gorgeous black dress and dinner dress shoes stopped to ask me if I was okay. I told her my situation, and she insisted she help me. Out of everyone who passed by me, A YOUNG WOMAN stopped to ask if I needed help. I begged her not to, as it was OVER 100 degrees and she was in a dress. She then told me that she would never appreciate being stuck outside in the heat with no one to call, and she was on lunch anyway. She proceeded to grab tools out of her OWN car, lifted up my vehicle, (as I was insisting she not get her dress dirty) and to say the least, saved an old womans day. I was astonished. She told me she worked for The Gilkey State Farm agency, and that this is what their agency stands for. Helping their neighborhood. Well, if my opinion means anything, this is the kind of company to have around. This is the kind of customer service you don’t see anymore. I had been outside of that store for almost 45 minutes, and no one bats an eye. But this young lady, knowing it was hot outside, knowing she had to go back to work FILTHY, she went along and did what she felt was her duty. To do something nice for someone else. I tried multiple times to give her a few dollars, offered to buy her lunch, and she kindly denied it. All of that work just for a thank you. Hands down Best experience I've ever had. Stephany garcia is extremely helpful, patient and very nice. I was at work extremely busy trying to insure my car and work at the same time before I left work and she stayed on the phone with me the whole time. Shes very understanding. Prices and coverage are the best I found. I highly recommend statefarm and stephany.

Their customer service associate (Stephanie) was really patient and answered all my questions and was informed on everything that I needed to know.
