I love the Align team! The fitness programming has enabled me to increase muscular mobilization and overall strength. Got a free consultation at a local CrossFit competition, and she did not disappoint! Told her my main problem was that I was having left hip pain, making it painful to squat. She immediately knew what it was, and worked on the affected area. After only 20 minutes, my squat felt so much better! Only regret is not coming to her before the competition started!

Dr Diaz is amazing at her job. Went to her because I was in severe pain and with continued visits I have way more movement and flexibility. They incorporate physical therapy in the warm-ups and have taught me how to be smart with the movements, helping accelerate my fitness, learn new skills like kipping pull-ups and handstand walks, and stay safe from injuries - they are amazing!

I have learned functional exercise through the teachings of the Dr. Donna and the coaching staff. I no longer have knee pain from my ACL replacement, because I was taught how to squat properly! This is a gym that my whole family comes to and is filled with amazing coaches and a very friendly atmosphere.

C/S is a great gym and community, I would recommend this gym to anyone just starting out with crossfit or someone with years of experience. One of the best CrossFit boxes in SA. The coaches are with you every step of the WOD and the members are very supportive of each other. My wife and I just signed up through the end of the year!

Crossfit boxes are a dime a dozen in San Antonio. What you pay for is the coaching. Coaching at CS is the best around. Experience, attention, push your limits but help you intelligently scale your efforts to avoid injury.

I dropped in for a Thanksgiving Day workout and felt right at home. The coach and members were absolutely great, and I was extremely impressed with the facility. I plan to attend classes at CrossFit C/S whenever I am in town visiting.

I joined crossfit to be healthy and lose weight. I found the perfect place to do that at Crossfit C/S. People are super friendly and helpful. I don't feel intimidated.
