I absolutely love this gym. The programming is top notch. The coaching is the best I’ve experienced. Their knowledge and expertise keeps you safe and improves your skills. The warm ups are super intentional and truly prepare you for the workout. I had been a coach for 9 years prior to joining Align and I still have learned so much from attending classes. I love this gym for several reasons. First of all, it's more than a gym- Brian and Donna Diaz not only own the gym, Donna is a first-class Chiropractor who operates her business here as well. They're both elite athletes, and as such Donna has a unique perspective and skill set that helps keep me (as well as several others here) healthy with periodic treatments. Secondly, the coaches led by Steven Esmerio are top notch. Under Steven's watch, they are excellent teachers and are great at making sure the athletes are using porper technique in all the movements. Steven (another great athlete) is especially impressive as he takes great care in the way he coaches everyone- very conscientious. I've learned so much in the year I've been here. Thirdly, I love the long warmups that are tailored to each workout. I believe they are instrumental in cutting down on injuries. Overall, it's a great gym with outstanding coaches, and a really enjoyable community consisting of all ages and ability level- I enthusiastically recommend Align Health + Fitness!

Align is such a wonderful place to be! The coaches are great at teaching you each movement, or variations so you can build strength up to it. The chiropractors, Donna and Mary, are awesome at looking at the whole picture of your body, and helping you make changes to support yourself and reach your goals. I have been seeing Donna for several weeks now, and her work has totally changed what I am able to do physically. I have never been to anyone with her training and approach, and it has been game changing. I am a very challenging case as a former professional ballerina trying to continue dancing as long as possible, and having to overcome a lifetime of injuries and imbalances, but every visit puts things into place a little more.
