Got a free consultation at a local CrossFit competition, and she did not disappoint! Told her my main problem was that I was having left hip pain, making it painful to squat. Dr Diaz is amazing at her job. Went to her because I was in severe pain and with continued visits I have way more movement and flexibility. I have learned functional exercise through the teachings of the Dr. Donna and the coaching staff. I no longer have knee pain from my ACL replacement, because I was taught how to squat properly! Crossfit boxes are a dime a dozen in San Antonio. What you pay for is the coaching. Coaching at CS is the best around. Experience, attention, push your limits but help you intelligently scale your efforts to avoid injury.

I joined crossfit to be healthy and lose weight. I found the perfect place to do that at Crossfit C/S. People are super friendly and helpful. I don't feel intimidated.
