Dr F took his time to help me and didnt dismiss any of my concerns, was caring and actively engaged in helping me obtain immediate relief. Once I was out of severe pain, he worked with me to set up a program to continue to help me improve issues discovered with my hip. I was also referred to the on site naturopath Dr G who started working with me on my health, pain management and weight issues. Im about 14 weeks in and I couldn’t be happier! My back is healed and Im working on correcting my hip. Im also working on my health with Dr G who is actively working with me and checking in weekly. On numerous occasions I feel like they've gone above and beyond to explain billing or treatment questions I had, along with helping navigate insurance after a car accident. I went to Justin after I got a really sore back from working from home due to covid. We scheduled adjustments twice per week and exercises to do at home. After a few sessions my back pain was gone, it is now almost a year later and my back still feels great! Dr. Favreau was easy to work with, attentive, friendly, informative, and interested in addressing back pain from a preventative and root cause point of view rather than simply looking at symptoms and addressing them. I found this most helpful as I had consistent and persistent lower back pain and upon my first visit Dr. Favreau took X-rays and was able to explain what the causes were for my pain and how to address them. After 20 some visits and follow up x-rays he was able to show the change that happened over the time of consistent visits, and I was able to confirm the results as about 4 weeks into the visits my lower back pain completely vanished! Really disappointing experience, and I was never even in the office. I mentioned that I had called a few other places, and was hoping to find a doctor who could see me ASAP that day, and the doctor told me specifically not to worry about the $150 cancellation fee for new patients- since I was in serious pain, just call back and they'd waive this fee if I was able to see someone sooner. Fast forward to the next morning, when I call and let them know that I got a chance to see someone the day prior and needed to cancel, the new person on the phone said she'd talk to the doctor who'd initially scheduled my appointment and waive the fee. When she called me back, she said that doctor confirmed she never said to ignore the fee, and that there are no exceptions. When I tried to contest and tell her I would never have given them my card information without that reassurance, she wouldn't listen. 5 minutes later, they charged my card. You could say it was on me and I shouldn't have given my card number when a fee was even mentioned, but it's disappointing that they wouldn't even reconsider or honor waiving the fee considering my injury, their miscommunication, and the circumstances. If you're looking for a chiropractor or massage therapist, I'd strongly suggest staying away from this place. This really felt like a scam to me. Less

If you are in the neighborhood and are searching for a knowledgeable, attentive, and effecient chiropractor I would highly urge you to choose another spot. I've been mountain biking and snowboarding my whole life so I've been to a number of chiropractors over the years and never have I been given such a run-around for treatment. First a full set of x-rays were taken of me standing--which is fine--but much less so when you understand that HOW you stand changes a 30+ week treatment plan. I for one arched my back to try to stand up straight which pushed my neck forward, signing me up for 30+ weeks of neck focused therapy. I was told that my hands could go numb, and over time I could lose sensation completely, but here I am, a few different opinions later with no neck issue (it was actually lower back in Origin) and no numbness. When asked how that x-ray set of one stance could be an accurate determinant of the whole treatment plan the doc actually responded with, "It's because I asked you to stand normally, so I know this is your normal stance." ... You don't stand differently when someone is taking imaging of your spine? OK. Because I certainly did. Don't stand too strangely because who knows what he'll cook up for you. Next he felt my neck for about 60 seconds muttering, "Oh yeah, uh huh" and then left to go check his other patients. I could hear him talking with others from my room. He left our initial consultation upward of four times to do this, leaving me sitting, wondering when I was going to get treatment. Our second appointment consisted of the doc going over the x-rays with me. I was told I have neck pain, wonder if that is what brought me in in the first place? No treatment was given. He said he would make a personalized treatment plan that would be revealed at our next appointment. Third appointment was where I was sat down in a room to watch a generic movie for my "personalized" treatment plan. After three appointments, not a single ounce of treatment, and was already 400 dollars (after insurance) in, and here I was about to watch a movie about what was to come. That was it for me--I have never done this in my life, and I work in Healthcare so I am very empathetic to the system, but I actually just told the chiropractor thank you for his time but I was going to go with someone else. $400 dollars, not a single moment of treatment. I would have left it at that but then I never actually recieved a bill. I found out it was $400 dollars because the money was pulled from my account without direct authorization. Yes, I had put a card on file with them as was their policy, but it was not a card I intended to pay with--it just happened to be the only card I had on me during my first visit--my account for small expenses. I was used to paying medical bills after the fact, so didn't bring my HSA card, I was assured I could pay from what ever account I wished later--this was just insurance for them when people didn't pay. No call, no paper bill later, just withdrawn from an account I didn't intend actually intend to use. Quite unnerving. When I reached out to ask if they could use my HSA account for payment they responded with, "Sorry, we don't give refunds". I was told I could just file a claim and get HSA to cover it at a different time. They denied my claim on the grounds that I didn't recieve any treatment--Ironic. OK then. I would choose this chiropractor if you enjoy the run-around, generic treatments for unique problems, expensive bills for conversation, money being pulled from your account without authorization, and the scent of lavander. They really do have a divine humidifier in the lobby. If you end up going, sorry--and I hope your experience is better than mine! Less

He greets everyone by name, and interacts with all of his patients in a caring and compassionate manner. His office is clean, relaxed, and well-equppied with machines and tools to help alleviate pain and correct spine and neck issues. My initial appointment with Dr. Justin was incredibly thorough and comprehensive. We went through my paperwork, and he took thorough notes based on what I was describing with my back and neck pain. He then explained the process moving forward before taking x-rays. I then received an incredibly thorough and well-organized report via email that explained his findings (in addition to doing so in another sit-down appointment), complete with pictures of my spine compared to an ideal spinal curve. He explained to me what was happening in my neck and spine, and went through (in person and in the report), what was happening to cause my pain. Dr. Justin welcomes questions; I never feel that a question is silly, nor do I feel embarrassed to ask questions about what a term means, what a tool is used for or other general concerns or confusions. So I am going to be very straightforward with this review. A while back, I hurt my back doing something stupid and tried to get in to see an orthopedic doc. The doc, who I had seen before was not available for a week, and I was in huge pain (like thought I might wet myself pain). I have a friend who was a patient of Justin's and was telling me "just give him a try, what do you have to lose"? Now, I had never been to a Chiropractor in my life, so I was frankly a bit skeptical of how he was going to help me alleviate this pain, without the anti-inflammatory drugs and pain killers and muscle relaxants that my ortho doc would undoubtedly prescribe. However, I was in so much pain, that I decided, "if he can see me soon, I will try it". Well, what can I say, he made a believer out of me! He got me in the next morning and after a thorough exam and a few x-rays he worked on my painful back for 30 minutes or so. He explained a lot of things that were going on in my posture and how he would address them. I left that initial consult feeling 50% better than when I limped in. 3 or 4 more visits and I was better than before my back tweak and he taught me some things on how to not re-injure myself. I was very clear with him that as soon as I felt well again, I was done (until I needed a tune up) and he understood completely (though may not have agreed with my decision). Luckily thus far I have not needed to return, but if I tweak my back again, I will not hesitate to see Dr. Favreau. I was amazed by how much better I felt so quickly and without ANY prescribed drugs. Dr Favreau took a different approach when trying to determine the cause of the pain. He took a holistic approach to solving my back pain by not focusing solely on the area causing pain but the entire spine from top to bottom. Doing this helped identify the source of the problem where others have failed. Using a combination of stretching, physical therapy, chiropractic adjustments, and by prescribing massages I felt a significant improvement in the way my back felt within a couple weeks. While a feeling is always good, there was also measurable proof. The periodic assessments show, using actual numbers, how I've improved over time.
