The treatment is fast I was worried I was going to be there a long time but no I was in at 10:45 out by 11. Took less than 5 minutes! They lost my file and didn’t remember who I was or what was being removed which on its own is understandable. They never wore gloves during treatment and I didn’t see her wash her hands between clients which is unacceptable. They had me hold the cooling machine on myself and only for about 10 s... More

1st session went great. Got my 2nd session the other day and it was a great experience as well. They are very friendly. I called and asked if I could drop in at the spur of the moment and they said "yes come on in" It took about 15 minutes total.
