Nick spent a solid 30-40 minutes explaining everything to me around the store and about sleep, super calmly with no rush, no pressure, and just as a super cool person overall. Whatever I was curious about in the store he was happy to inform me about and knew a bunch of material about them. He was super informative but not at all overwhelming. It was an awesome experience. Granted, I was the only customer in the store, but still, he treated me with the highest customer care I’ve found in a long time. It was great to not feel like I was being rushed into a sale or out the door for once; at the end I was the one who had to go and rather than pressure me about buying anything he just said I hope you have a great day and that was that. My fiancé and I purchased a king size mattress six weeks prior to the anticipated delivery date. It was confirmed by the sales associate that we should have no problem with a delivery date of six weeks out and it was scheduled. The night before delivery at 6:30pm, a sales associate called to let us know that the mattress had not arrived, they had no clue when it would arrive, the manager had no way to help the process or get in contact with Sealy, and the owner was out of town for the next three days so he could not help either. When I asked if they could cancel the order they said no and that they would call on Monday (it was Friday at this point). So we moved into our new home with no mattress. They called on Saturday morning saying they could schedule a delivery for three weeks out, but still were not sure if the mattress would be ready by then. They then said I could cancel the order. We canceled the order and went to America Furniture Mattress and bought the same mattress that night and took it home with us for $100 cheeper than America's Mattress. Their customer service was terrible and they should never have confirmed that we could purchase a mattress, get a scheduled delivery, and not even meet a 6-week lead time, and still not even sure they could meet a 9 week lead time. I would not recommend purchasing your mattress through them. Even though they have great deals, they are selling mattresses that they do not even have and have no clue when they will receive them. We asked them to match our old Serta mattress that we love so much with a new one that is the same type (Serta no longer makes it). The mattress that arrived was quite different. At first it was okay but as we slept on it longer, after a few months it started to sink in so I was difficult to get out, but also when try to sleep on your side, it kept dropping you back into the pocket. I think it's the memory foam not rebounding. Also we bought it in October when it was starting to cool off, but now that it's summer, it's a really HOT mattress. The owners were pleasant enough but the recommendation, not so good. I suggest you do thorough research and beware of memory foam, especially as a side sleeper. **Update. Jay is working with me to find a mattress that will work for my wife and I. His quick response was wonderfully unexpected. She made sure we both had a pillow based on our sleeping positions and pointed us in a direction of soft mattresses (we preferred soft). The first one we tried was nice my husband fell asleep on it. Kelly didn’t bother us while we were trying it out until she saw me getting up. We left my husband sleeping on that one while I tried a few more. Each one Kelly let us try them for as long as we needed. Once I decided I had found one I really liked, my husband tried it and agreed this was THE MATTRESS. We asked if the store offered any type of topper with additional cooling technology or a mattress protector. Kelly showed us a mattress protector that did both. With their sale still going on, the military disc , and Kelly deducted a huge chunk from the final price because we didn’t need a box springs we were well under our budget! This allowed us to pick out some very nice sheets which she gave as a free gift, the cooling mattress protector, 2 pillows with cooling technology one had a cut out for side sleepers like me and we were still right on point with our budget! We were not planning on committing today but we did. The price was right, the store was set up nice and was not confusing, and Kelly treated us and talked to us like family. They never complained not even once, it was at least 80°outside and the room was up a flight of stairs to boot. The guys were so respectful, and such amazing hard workers. I was in need of a new bed liner so I called up a few mattress stores. I ended up ordering the liner from America's Mattress Colorado Springs. The owner explained all the different types of liners in great detail. He was very polite and knew products very well. I received the liner in the mail within a few days. I will be ordering my next bed from America's Mattress Colorado Springs!!!

I bought my sheets and pillows here as well, and my room will be ready to go, without an extra shopping trip. I learned a lot about the importance of a good bed. I REALLY LIKE that America's Best had products Made in America, and is American owned unlike a lot of other chain mattress stores. Saw that America’s Mattress had opened as my wife and I were headed to Mod Pizza located in the Falcon landing strip. We have been thinking about purchasing a new mattress for a little while so we decided to stop in and look around. When we walked in we were immediately greeted and the staff made us feel extremely welcomed. The store was very vibrant and pleasant on the eyes. Unlike most mattress stores there was plenty of space between the rows of beds to maneuver around without feeling like you were in a tight space. One thing to take away from this was the willingness of the staff. The staff actually listened to our needs and respected our financial budget. Most places try selling you their most expensive bed but here they were different. Instead they laid us down into this cool system they have called the sleep pod. The sleep pod was neat! My wife and I laid on the bed together and answered some computer generated questions and then it essentially fitted us for what beds we needed. Took the guess work right out of everything. It helped ensure us we were making the right mattress purchase. All said and done we ended up with a Beauty Rest Silver set and are very pleased with our purchase. I’d recommend these guys to anyone! The store is very spacious and stock with a lot of 2018 models. The staff there is very friendly as well.
