Since starting their kids Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu program, he's been excited to train and is learning discipline, respect, and real self-defense skills.The coaches do a great job creating a supportive and structured environment while still making classes fun. Took my 5-year-old to Osiris and had a great experience. The coaches do an awesome job keeping things fun while still teaching skills that actually matter.What really stood out to me was how they hold the kids accountable in a positive way. It’s not just playtime, there’s real structure and purpose behind what they’re doing.The instructors are super approachable and clearly know both martial arts and how to work with kids.Would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about getting their child into BJJ.

To be able to come into a new world without any prior knowledge or experience with the acceptance that one will get tossed around for a while is something that would scare most people.
