Great environment, friendly coches it was personally a good experience. The only reason for a 4 star is cause the place is relatively small and only does one class at a time, other than that I think the clases are of quality.

I recently took a trial class for the Women’s Nogi class on Friday, and let me tell you it was SUCH a great vibe!! I’ve never done any kind of jujitsu before and I don’t have a background in any martial arts. I know jujitsu is a contact sport and I’ve always been hesitant to try it with strangers, but I heard they had a women’s only class. My friend also told me the gym is very attentive to if they think someone isn’t there for the right reasons, they will not continue to allow that person to come, which makes me feel very safe. When I went in, I was immediately welcomed by Stephanie and one of the other classmates. We did some stretching while chatting and she was super friendly and reassuring about our concerns that we felt like newbies. But we quickly found out that there was a range of different experience levels all in the same class and the ones who knew more would also help and give pointers. The actual class was very well-paced! Stephanie was very attentive to each person and gave instruction as we practiced. I later found out they also have kickboxing class. I love love love how safe it feels at this place and how welcoming and friendly everyone is, from the classmates to the coaches! I definitely recommend checking this place out if you’re completely new or looking to join a gym! 10/10 would recommend! Professor Robert and Coach Stephanie are amazing! Coach Stephanie graciously invited me to try out the women’s class, and I had a fantastic time. She is patient and knowledgeable, and the other participants were friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend giving the class a try, as it was a wonderful experience. I will definitely be returning for more sessions.

Great introduction to kick boxing, good workout.

Just joined a week ago and I really enjoy the women's class. I like that Coach teaches a couple of moves, we practice them 1v1 in a practice and real match. She watches everyone regardless of level and gives constructive pointers afterwards. Trial classes are encouraged and welcome! :) This dojo is a well rounded mix of beginners and competition-ready folks!

I was part of a group of women veterans who attended a self defense class with Coach Stephanie, and we all loved it! We had a few of our teens with us too and they had a lot of fun. Lots of laughs, but also great info on the important topic of self defense for women. We were able to learn basic skills and honestly it’s something we should all be taught in school.

Was weird walking into a new activity with no knowledge or skill. The environment was hardworking and was welcoming towards my brother and I, as we had never practiced muay thai. Although it was the first visit, the experienced fighters were able to help me comprehend the combos and form of muay thai. 10/10 visit, was worth it.

Coach Rob quickly greeted me when I walked in through the doors for the first time. After showing me around, other students introduced themselves immediately after. Classes have been great- coaches are very attentive to give instructions during drills to ensure the technique is done correctly. I’m excited to continue the learning process with Team Osiris!

Extremely knowledgeable instructors, the staff and students are very welcoming and noticed immediately how clean the facility was. I attended two back to back classes and they sanitized the mats before and after each class. I had a damn good time here. Im a late twenties adult male, Ive never done jujitsu before and the staff and the students were all very kind an accepting, and patient with me.
