I started Muay Thai beginner classes in Osiris it has been a great experience. It is easy to follow along in lessons. The coach is great they really take their time with you to explain anything you may have trouble with. I can definitely feel the growth coming along slowly. I definitely recommend it has been so much fun.

Had my first drop-in at Team Osiris Jiu Jitsu for open mat and it was a great experience. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming right from the start, which always makes a difference when you’re visiting a new gym. The training partners were solid with a few familiar faces, respectful, and gave really good rounds without any ego! Great vibes, great rolls, and definitely a place I’d come back to when I’m in the area :) Highly recommend checking them out!
