I have been a patient of chiropractic medicine for many years in various locations and have been seen by at least a dozen chiropractors. Dr. Rooyakkers and his team are the best I have experienced by far. His knowledge and experience shows through in his careful selection of adjustments and prescribed exercises all aimed at the most expedient recovery of the patient. Additionally, the scheduling availability and flexibility has been phenomenal. The office staff is most helpful, very understanding, and extremely kind. On multiple occasions, I have called for a same-day appointment, and I have never been turned away or ill-treated for late scheduling. I cannot emphasize enough how blessed I feel to have a committed team dedicated to my overall health. Highest recommendation possible!

Eternity was my massage therapist for a 60 minute session. I'm always nervous going somewhere new, but I LOVED every minute of the massage. She has strong, amaziing hands that know exactly where to go and what to do. I highly recommend her, especially if you want a deep tissue massage. I can't wait to go bacik!

From the very start, Becky was friendly and helpful. She made me feel very "at home" and explained what she would be doing. When the massage started, she spoke softly yet she was informative and continually asked me if the pressure was okay. She explained why I was hurting, and what she was doing to fix it. Becky is hands down, or more aptly hands on, the best masseuse I've ever had. She's fun and engaging yet can create a calm quiet and gentle atmosphere. Truly a hidden gem on Colley Ave in Norfolk. My first appointment with Dr. Ryan was informative and very thorough. He spoke with me very conversationally about what he was doing during the alignment process. When I first came in Tori was very nice and a professional. She went above and beyond to break down my insurance and tell me what was included! She informed me that I could get a massage and alignment same day for my one co-pay and asked if I wanted to come back that afternoon. I came back for my massage in the afternoon and was greeted by a new face to me, Jude, who was just as pleasant and friendly. Becky the massage therapist came and got me and provided a professional and friendly massage experience that worked in some really bad muscle pain that I was experiencing. She was very helpful at reminding me to relax and breathe during our firm pressure session. Truly grateful to have found this place! If you need an amazing chiropractor and or a massage therapist you won’t be disappointed with this amazing team!

Walked out of there feeling like a new person. When I entered the door I was sore, stiff, and felt like my body was broken. The staff was excellent, friendly and welcoming! And Eternity was absolutely fantastic!! She worked out knots that I didn't even know I had. I said deep tissue and that was exactly what I got! I will definitely be back soon.
